Dirty, wrong bed and broken!!

After the delivery didn't turn up a new delivery date was placed and it did turn up, there was nothing to sign and 1 man delivering

We went to Eric the bed to find they had sent the wrong bace the drawers was one on the left side and one on the right side, then the foot was broken when we went to attach them, and lastly wr got the mattress put and it before unpacking it we found it was dirty.

I wish I had read these reviews and listened to my instinct.

Avoid this company. I ordered a bed from Sleep Factory on Amazon. It was due to be delivered today. So the appropriate time was taken off work to accommodate the 7am-7pm delivery. Received an email from amazon at 7.59am to say delivery is delayed and rescheduled to Friday. When we go into the account the delivery tracker says it will be Saturday. Tried to contact amazon but was obviously speaking to a computer and wasn't getting anywhere. Decided to call Sleep Factory. Spoke to a customer service girl who told me it has nothing to do with them. They sell the beds to Amazon so I need to take up issue with them. But they advertise on Amazon as the seller.......so I am currently without a bed....and noone can tell me if its coming Friday or saturday or even at all. Shocking service and false advertising.

Very poor. The bed arrived with the wrong colour drawers that do not match the rest of the bed. The delivery was delayed 10 minutes before the delivery time slot and moved to the next day, with no apology. We specifically ordered it based on delivery date. On delivery - half of the bed was put into the lift of our building and left there without telling us where it was - we eventually found it! Very poor, would not recommend.

Purchased 2 beds via eBay. But after reading all the negative reviews I cancelled the order within hours. They promised a refund had been issued on several occasions but nothing transpired. After nearly a month of fighting with them I finally raised a case with eBay and asked them to step in which they did and the refund came the next day. ⛔

Ordered a bed from Wowcher and the merchant is Sleep Factory. No delivery or communication 11 days later,despite messaging Wowcher several times a day requesting a refund for the bed and £35 delivery . Wowcher and Sleep Factory are an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to continue ripping people off. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM WOWCHER. I wish I had Read the reviews before hand.

The bed broke after just a week of being built, poor design as the centre of the bed had no support so the bed has caved in. I’ve contacted customer service but just get ignored every time! Be aware that they also trade as bedbusters on eBay so avoid both company’s as they are selling unfit products.

Utterly awful, abysmal service and experience. Wish I had seen all the bad reviews on the internet before purchasing through Ebay. Left negative feedback which Ebay have removed so even Ebay are protecting and covering up these appalling sellers making their feedback look better than it really is. They are selling on Ebay as bedbustersuk so be warned this is the same company as Sleep Factory. Told that on delivery day I would receive a 3 hour time slot and then get a call from the driver 15-30 minutes before he turned up. In truth none of this happened at all, I was called whilst at work saying the driver would be there in 2 minutes. I work 10 minutes away luckily and the driver was willing to wait. The driver was good, the only positive thing about this. I had arranged with my father who could attend my property that I would ring him once the slot was allocated and he would go around and collect the delivery for me waiting for the 3 hours. This was not possible because they just didn’t bother to let me know when they were going to deliver. The tracking information they supplied is useless and the tracker doesn’t work, it does not show you any information like estimated time or where the driver is so is worthless.
I rang up and made a complaint and told to put it in writing. I said I’m here now and I want to make a complaint now. Told they were in Customer Service and not complaints to which I replied Customer Service is COMPLAINTS. Fobbed off with excuses that it was my fault as there was a wrong phone number but this was only on the delivery part and not on my main Ebay or Paypal accounts. They didn’t get through but instead of calling the other number just couldn’t be bothered. I was told that the phone call 2 minutes before was a courtesy call and that I should have been in all day, without this call how would I have known when it was going to be delivered. No mention of the 3 hour time slot or the fact that I had received no delivery information whatsoever.
I have since opened up the mattress to find it damaged quite badly on the seam so not only poor customer service but poor product, poorly made and manufactured as well. This WILL be going back for a full refund. Do yourself a very big favour and stay away from these people they are utterly awful. On some feedback websites I have seen a negative response as big as 59%, that leaves just 41% happy or OK with them. I can safely say this is one of the worst experiences of buying I have had but to be honest most of the world is like this these days. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Ordered my bed on 8th of November after getting a Wowcher. Delivery date was the 22nd of December. I was worried after seeing some of the reviews.
I need to have as I got a call on the 12th of December asking if I could accept delivery on the 13th, which I accepted. This was promptly followed with a time slot for the next morning.
The delivery guy arrived just before 8.30am and kindly waited until I was back from the school run.
Couldn't fault the process at all.

Bed's not up yet but looks lovely.

After complaining and offered a miserly £20 per mattress I bought a small double and double If I removed my eBay review!! I was then told by some snarky woman that rolled up mattresses don't a frame on the outside but normal packed do. The adverts states may be rolled or vacuumed pack but you are not offered a choice nor does the advert state the differences in mattresses ie rolled vs vacuum packed. I've heard nothing more since 29.09.22 when I said their advert is misleading. So I'm approaching the Advertising Standards Authority and I now have to buy 2 x mattress toppers. I'm not made of money so I didn't expect a dreams mattress but I then I didn't want a trampoline. Do not buy.... its a waste of your money!!

I would like to thank them for there response the bed and mattress is very comfortable and would recommend them for quality and service

I ordered a super king size bed through wowcha. My order can yesturday 15.08.22. I recieved the base part which was correct the mattress they have sent is a double it is too small for the base and I'm left with a mattress that is at least 10 inch to small for the base.
I have tried multiple times to contact the manufacture through telephone calls and emails and to date I haven't been able to get through or get an email back. This is absolutely disgusting

What an a absolute joke of a company, my 5 year old nephew could probably do a better job! I ordered a bed which was meant to arrive on 01/07, I then got an email on the morning of the delivery day to say the driver had called in sick and this would be rescheduled for 02/07. On 02/07 the driver did manage to arrive at my address however as I live in a flat, they did not even bother to call me or buzz my flat, I then receive an email to say delivery failed as I was not at home when I was, waiting for my delivery. This had then been rescheduled for 07/07, so I was at home again waiting for my delivery, I get another email to say this has been rescheduled again to 08/07. So today the driver called me to go downstairs to collect my bed, and then asked me what bed I had ordered, surely he should already know and have this information if he is the delivery driver? After I had told him what bed I had ordered, he told me the bed was not even loaded up on the van. I do not understand how a company can get it so wrong, anyone with a brain will know to do a stock check once the van has been loaded, but clearly this company does not even know how to run a business. I would like to request an immediate refund as I have no faith in this company at all!

When they answer the phone they go by the name beds direct, anyway we were moving house and needed a smaller bed for one of the rooms. So bought this bed from The Sleep Factory through Amazon.
We live in Northumberland but they do say UK delivery.
So was meant to be here on 14th, my husband went to our new house and waited. About 3.30 we got an email saying there had been a problem with the delivery and it was rescheduled for 16th,so we gave them the benefit of the doubt,then once again my hubby went down and waited. Beat in mind we were moving on 20th, and it really needed the two of us,to be packing up at our old house. So he waited and waited, but no show. I phoned them up and the girl I spoke to said you do live a fair way away,and I pointed out that they were quick enough to take my money and shouldn't offer UK delivery then
She then told me that they had booked a carrier ( Tuffnells) and it would deffo be delivered today (20th) moving day. ?
I said to her if it doesn't come on Monday I'm canceling the bed.
So it's now Monday and just had a message through Amazon saying its running late and won't be here till tomorrow.( which I doubt it will)
This company are a bunch of charlatans so please do not buy fro these people. Luckily I phoned Amazon on Thursday and told them what was happening ( or not happening as in this case)

Complete waste of money. *Before I start, no funny business has taken place in this bed*.

Bought the set from Woucher almost a year to the day (we are 2 days outside of warranty). It wasn't the cheapest by far, we went middle of the road in the hope of getting something that would last us a while - a least more than a year!

The mattress was more springs than memory foam, and after a while we thought we might as well splash out on a proper mattress. I took the old mattress off only to see that the bed had collapsed at the head-end. As I have said, no funny business went on in this bed yet just by laying on it, it broke!

I got in touch with Sleepyn - a trading name of Sleep Factory Ltd (09182682) who said basically tough, outside of warranty - by 2 days. The problem was way before then, we just thought it was the mattress which was also naff.

Totally avoid this company, don't go middle of the road as you'll end up with a load of broken tat. We could have paid far less for a "disposable bed" which is exactly what this poorly made product is. I would use this as firewood if it wasn't glue filled MDF that doesn't burn easily.

Don't waste your hard earned cash, it's just not worth it.

Delivered the wrong bed with no base (cheaply made) and when I tried to contact them they just blocked me.

Delivery on time. Called before arrival. Spot on. Driver super helpful, explained the assembly process even though I knew it all. Delivered with care.

I had a few issues with the order before the delivery but customer service took care of that.

Avoid buying from these. They did not send what was ordered and then claimed they do not sell what I ordered and they had ‘listing issues’. When pushed on this as they were still advertising the bed as I ordered, they then bizarrely claimed that a few companies had copied their listings Which had affected this listing. Offered 2 cheap £7 memory foam pillows as a way of compensation. Which were rejected as I simply wanted what I had ordered. Ongoing complaint with Amazon as they are still listing the bed on there, which they say they do not sell.

For the price, these beds are of amazing value. I ordered two. They arrived as scheduled and on the day of delivery, I could track them in real-time. The driver was really friendly. I would definitely order from this company again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent bed at a budget price.
