SleepMD Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece 

Product began breaking apart at 6 weeks of purchasing and split completely after 8 weeks.
Emailed company to complain who skirted around directly for the quality / life expectancy of the product multiple times.
Avoid at all costs. Dodgy.

Order #30759 was returned in original packaging the week after receiving it to the return address. No refund has been offered in over one month and SleepMD have ignored all attempts by me to contact them. Be careful!

Misleading advertising and an unsuitable product. After two weeks of waking up in excruciating pain, I realized it wasn’t an "adjustment period"—the product is simply bad. When I contacted customer service, they hid behind their return policy, claiming it couldn’t be returned if used, despite advertising a 30-day free trial. How can you assess a product without trying it? I wish I had read the reviews first.

Liars. Cancelled the order 5 minutes after I ordered it but told me it was too late. Chinese company. Do not buy.

Do not use this company. They refuse to give you a refund on the basis that the mouth guard I bought was on sale, and they don't refund sale items (it's always on sale).
If anyone is reading this and has been stung, I believe I've managed to secure a refund using this following. I emailed this, and started to get somewhere

"The UK government states that because I haven't seen it in person and bought this online, I have a right to a refund. Please see below, and advise me where I can send my order for a full refund.

"Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.

You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.

You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason."

They offered me a 20% refund, I refused, they offered 30%, I refused, they offered 40%, I refused.
It went quiet, but they finally came back to me saying I will receive a refund.

They advertise a 31 day risk free trial but do not honour a trial period. Customer service

This item is not helpful for individuals with sleep apnea, it does not stop snoring, it is not comfortable.

0 stars. SleepMD are absolute scum. They falsely advertise public figure endorsements, they claim to offer 30-night risk free trial which is not honored, and they will not accept refunds for unopened products even though their refund policy on their website claims they will, and all accounts I've heard is that their product does not work. I've never had to deal with such low-integrity company. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible company
Terrible company. They advertise a 31 night ‘risk free trial’ - but when you try to make a return they say their T&Cs state the mouth guard cannot be returned if used.
So not exactly risk free!
The mouth guard didn’t fit, wouldn’t mould very well, and customer support is non existent.

The product is a joke, the company is a joke, their 60 day. Moneyback guarantee is an absolute joke. Do not buy from this company. If you use the product, you will not qualify for a refund? It is fraudulent and false advertising. Avoid at all costs!

This took weeks to arrive from China and its an exact copy of the SnoreRx device which is big, uncomfortable and does not work. I have not used it and trying to return but not keeping my hopes buy based on other reviews.

Just the worst company to deal with, presumably a dodgy drop-shipper operating as a digital nomad somewhere. Customer service is honestly comically bad, as if they're actively trying to have a laugh at your expense by sending ever more bizarre responses that demonstrate a complete lack of comprehension skills. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give them a zero I would. They had false advertising and I tried to return the items unopened. I sent multiple emails and they just went in circles with me. They would send me the return policy which states to email them to start a return. Then it was just back and forth with them continuously sending me the return policy. They are a scam and just want to steal your money.

Absolutely fraudulent. After my complaint about the device being huge I was informed that the ‘risk’ free guarantee doesn’t apply to ‘items on sale’ or once used. The thing is perpetually on sale and you don’t know it’s massive until you open it. As a result, the ‘risk’ free trail does not actually apply to the only product they sell.

This device is a cheap knockoff they obviously made for pennies and sold for major profit per device. It broke after one use. I emailed the company (IN CHINA) to see what I could do to fix it and they didn't even read my question, they just said no returns. This is just shy of a total scam.
Pay extra and get SnoreRX. It actually works and they have a 30 day return policy, even if you have used the product and it ships from California. SleepMD ships from China(Long wait to receive) and is complete garbage.

If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. This has been so disappointing and frustrating. I’m an average sized woman and this device is HUGE! There is no way I could get it in my mouth. I contacted the ‘company’ immediately and was told to mail it back for a full refund (as advertised). I was given a false address in China (confirmed by Canada Post). The return address on the original package is from Ontario. I have received several emails and told that this was a ‘sorting facility’. I have received several emails from someone, eventually offering a 20% refund. I have let them know that I will now be filing a dispute with Visa.

It looks like I got scammed...I ordered one and its coming from China. Will just throw it away, unopened.

Edit : hard as a rock and broke the 3rd night

They use fake ads (AI-generated soundtrack of Joe Rogan using this product, which in the original podcast he did not use this product), and the reviews on the websites are fake as well, the product and package look nothing like the one on display. Will give it a 0 star if I could.

Do not buy this product
It broke immediately after the first mold, I didn't even have a change to try it over night Both molds fell apart from the plastic and is hopeless to put it back together. They probably won't give a refund on this either. Useless
