Have been using this company for several years.
Looks like the support and service has gone down through. My device did not fit and was sent back to be adjusted but not news after more than 2 weeks and despite 4 emails.

I would 100% recommend this company. The product is great, but the customer service actually shocked me it was so good.
Basically, I bought a mouth guard from them a very long time ago. They sent me the kit to do the impressions and I just procrastinated doing it. Totally my fault, I had a lot going on.
I thought I would chance it and send off the impression, fully expecting them to say I bought the kit too long ago for them to honour the purchase.
But they did honour it. No questions asked. I really don’t think many companies would do this. They even sent me a new impression kit because mine expired. I really appreciate a company operating in this way. I had paid them the money, but it would have been understandable if they used the long delay as a reason to try to get me to pay again. They were extremely moral about it, and I have recommended them to multiple people off the back of this.

5 Star service and product.

I have just received my heavy duty night guard to help with my bruxism and couldn't be happier. The quality is superior to previous guards supplied by my dentist and it's comfortable to wear, I just had to trim a little off the back part for the perfect fit.

The whole process from start to finish was excellent.

Absolutely amazing experience, I am an anxious person and having great customer service is what I need and exactly what SleepPro gives. I was greeted with kindness and was able to get adjustments quickly sorted without any judgement. The final product is incredible, high quality, superb finish - the material is non-irritating the the gums, comfortable and highly accurate.

I was sent out multiple impression kits for free to get the perfect mould of my teeth - with the fact I could request more impression kits if I needed to. Very easy to do in the end.

Customer service responded very quickly to my communication. Reviewed the impressions and provided feedback. With a few days new pack arrived and once my impressions were verified the retainers arrived in 2 days. Customer service was brilliant.

Sarah and Gemma went the extra mile to try to make sure I received the product before Christmas, even though I missed the cutoff to get the impression to them. Friendly and supportive and very helpful. Sarah cared about my needs. A personal service & definitely not a conveyor belt transaction. Also returned my call promptly when I left a voice message.
The product surpassed my expectations. Slim and soft allowing me to wear it during the day if needed. Helpful video on line re mixing the putty and making the impression. Customer service like this is rare these days. Well done ladies 👍

Hands down the best mouth guard there is. And I’ve tried them all. They make it custom and you don’t have to boil it in water. And if it doesn’t fit perfectly their customer service is great and they will do what it takes to make one that does. I have the one that advances your lower jaw forward and after 50 years of snoring finally have quiet nights. Worth every dollar.

The company deserve another review for their customer service. I had a couple of niggles with my new device and they have gone above and beyond to sort it out - 5 star customer service

I had a brilliant exprience with SleepPro and the guard I received completely surpassed my expectations. I thoroughly researched all of the companies doing custom nightguards, after being quoted a crazy amount for one from my dentist.  I nearly went with a different supplier who is prominent on the internet but after emailing them to ask whether the guard covered the back teeth and receiving an unhelpful generic reply that was barely on topic I decided to go for SleepPro. I'm so glad that I did! The service was incredible, and the quality of the guard was great - so much better than ones I've got in the past from my dentist which were really thick and I'm sure made me grind my teeth more. I went for the 1.5mm firm guard and 6 months on it is still like new. I was keen to make sure that I purchased a guard that covered my back teeth after a bad experience with a boil-and-bite guard that didn't (my teeth had felt really strange for an hour or so in the morning as the back teeth hadn't been making contact overnight, it felt like my back teeth were too big). I've read that if the guard doesn't cover all of your teeth there is a small chance your teeth can shift if they aren't making contact with the bottom teeth all of the time. SleepPro were really helpful in response to my initial email, unlike the first company that I contacted. They advised me to make sure that the mould covered my back teeth so that the guard would be suitable for me.  For my specific mouth this meant applying the putty so that it went outside of the plastic tray, so it does need a bit of extra attention if you are looking for this, as it wouldn't have covered all of my teeth otherwise - something to bear in mind. The impression kit was easy to use but I'd really recommend watching the video, as the quality of the guard is directly linked to the quality of the impression.  I was tempted to skip it in my impatience to get the impression done but it is definitely worth a watch! I really do highly recommend SleepPro and I will be using them forever!

Their SleepPro Custom S2 is the best anti-snoring mouthguard I've found. Also, thank you to the customer service team for all their help.

Great communication, easy to make the mould and it fits perfectly.

Absolutely amazing , (my Dentist quoted me £600 for an impression ) my Mandibular device cost me less than a third with SleepPro , and it HAS stopped my snoring,,,I can't recommend SleepPro enough, bonus that they are NHS approved. I've actually ordered another impression with the special offer of £80 !!

After years of sleep apnea , snoring and poor sleep my consultant recommended a sleep pro until I received a c-pap machine.
I had a few emails back and forth with the company asking about models and colours and they were very helpful.
Got the product through and a bit disappointed . Maybe it’s my gag reflex but even trying to fit the model was an issue . Couldn’t even bare to have it in my mouth attempting to sleep with it. Total non starter for me . Only saving grace was I went for a discounted model (due to colour) rather than a full price one. It’s money down the drain but not as much as it could’ve been.

Very professional and supportive service. I discovered them in 2019 and ordered two mouth guards for my bruxism. Mouth guards are super solid, both lasted six years. They could last even longer, but I decided to get myself a new pair. And got 10% discount as a returning customer.

Customer service is very supportive, once I did my impression of my teeth, I sent them an email with a picture just in case, to check if it is good enough.
They checked with their team, and promptly sent me a second impression kit, to be sure I send them good enough impression.

Solid company, they know what they are doing, real pros!

I’ve put a review on the Sleep Pro website but thought I’d help them on Trustpilot as well.
I never realised how badly I snored till I got an app a few years ago. I tried different products till I found this company. I got the custom mouthpiece and was astounded that it stopped my snoring. They’ll go out of their way to make sure their products are satisfactory. I’m a committed customer now.

I've been using sleep pro for many years and find their service and products of really good quality.
Quick reply to email, quick production of guard and great quality product.
About a fifth the price of a guard from the dentist, and I would say the quality is better.

Purchased a Sleeppro Silensor from here around a month ago. Although it took a little while to come, its completely understandable as only a small team. Sarah and Paul are great at what they do, customer service and the making of the devices. Unfortunately i had a bit of an issue with mine which they couldnt have done any more to help. Which i really appreciate.

Highly reccomend them, and for the reviews complaining about the contact of them, if you cant get hold of them via email just call, easier and answer everytime.

Hats off to a great company.
