Update. It arrived today, 3rd November. Now to try it.

All correspondence is prompt and helpful. The tone of messages and marketing has a genuine and authentic tone, I don’t feel like I’m just another customer. This is rare in the current online marketplace. I’m looking forward to receiving the products.

The website was easy to use but as I haven't yet received the product I am unable to comment on whether it does what it says it is supposed to do & if it is value for money. I very much hope that it is & if not, your company lives up to the return & refund procedure quoted.

I have been loving the 4-in-1 hair serum as it doesn’t leave my hair greasy,sticky or even stinky. There is hardly a smell which I love because most hair serums have some kind of scent. I’ve noticed less dandruff since starting, but the only thing I would change is the refill part on the applicator to something that screws rather than a silicone push in. ( had product spill out). But other than that love love love it

Best hair serum for hair growth. It doesn’t smell bad like other serums, and it feels cool and fresh on the scalp! Worth to try!

The shopping part was great but I see it ships from China so that part is not so great. It takes forever for orders to arrive from China and money is already spent.

It was an easy to use online website to order products. Ive received emails with confirmation, tracking and instructions on usage. Im looking forward to receiving the product and putting it to use to hopefully see results.

I've been using this serum for a few weeks now and I'm genuinely impressed. I massage it into my scalp, it doesn't feel greasy or heavy, and my hair is looking fuller around my hairline where it used to look thin. I'll definitely keep using it and I'm curious to see how it looks in another month
