I ordered a Sofa from SLF24 and the details on the web page were easy to understand and gave all the details to make an easy choice of the Sofa I wanted. All through the process I was kept up to date with the progress of my order. The expected delivery date was kept and the actual delivery was on time and 2 helpful and polite young men brought my new Sofa into my home. I am very pleased with the style, colour and comfort.

Absolutely thrilled with SLF24. The sofa first of all is perfect and looks so well done.
We were kept fully up to date which the process through emails and everything was clear. The delivery team they hired were brilliant as well.

I ordered my sofa around the beginning of December. It stated that it would be delivered before Christmas which was fantastic compared to other companies that were giving a minimum of around 12 weeks delivery time.
On the 16th December, I received an email stating that the sofa had not passed quality control and therefore there would be a delay on the delivery (after Christmas). I was not too disheartened by this as I had rather the correct checks be completed than having a poor quality sofa delivered on time.
Eventually, I had confirmation of delivery for 15th January. However, when the day came, only a section of the sofa was delivered.
I got in touch with SLF24 and let them know within hours about the missing part to the sofa. The communication was quick and polite and they were genuinely apologetic for the situation, stating that I had just got “bad luck” and that this rarely happens. They explained that two parts had been shipped out but the delivery company had misplaced the second part. It was very frustrating as I had been very patient with the first delay. The sofa finally arrived on 17th February. Thankfully, I am very pleased with the sofa; the quality is good and colour as shown on website. I have given three stars due to the stressful delays I endured in receiving it but I do believe that the company did as best as they could in getting my sofa to me.
My main frustration was that they should have not given the delivery company a week or so to try and find the sofa as this added further to my delay.

We were slightly concerned about buying a sofa without trying it first, but the reviews were reassuring. I'm so glad we went with this company! Brilliant sofa with our personal choice of fabric and colour, for a really good price that I actually don't think you could match anywhere else. We went for the Mojo corner unit. The clips underneath to join the sections are brilliant, and the fabric (Velluto) is soft to the touch. It's a really large comfy sofa and we're all thrilled to bits with it. From placing the order, to recieving it, the communication and updates were regular and as promised. We recieved the sofa within the promised dates given, and the delivery company was also brilliant. We have used a popular high street furniture store for our previous sofa, which in comparison to this company, was mediocre at most. This company has over delivered on everything and I can't recommend them highly enough. We will definitely be returning customers!

One star is more than I wanted to give! The worst customer service I've ever experienced - and that's when they were trying to get my order. Having made an appointment to visit their showroom and travelled cross country to get there I received an email as I was pulling in to the car park to say that there was noone there to let me in. I'd rather sit on the floor than buy sofas from this shambles of a business

Zero Quality furnitures.
I purchased 3 x 3 seaters chesterfield style sofas from SLF24, after a while their entire buttons got rusted to some extent that you wouldn’t want sit on them anymore. I contacted the customer service about it, they were very unhelpful their reply was we can send you150 buttons and you have to pay for them and get in touch with a repair company and who knows how much they would charge me for that! Absolutely ridiculous! I was very disappointed and upset about everything including the quality and the way they deal with their customers. These so sofas are made out of very poor quality materials otherwise they would be getting ruined that easily. We paid almost our entire savings for these sofas and they are not worth it.

After I left this comment on SLF24 I received a reply from you which is a bunch of rubbish!
Therefore l, I had to edit my review so everyone knows that you are not telling the truth. I have got undeniable evidence stating that you would charge me £60 for the buttons to be replaced, and in your reply to my review you are saying the you offered me free buttons! That’s a huge lie! Here is the email that I got from you when I contacted you regarding your POOR Quality Sofas. Please read the email below that I got from the SLF24 which clearly says you would change me £60 for the buttons to be replaced.


“Hi Nawzad,
Our production manager has advised that the only way the buttons can have rusted is if they have become wet or exposed to moisture.
Your sofa is out of the warranty period now, but the factory has advised that if you would like to purchase new buttons for all 3 sofas (150 buttons), the cost for these including shipping from our factory Europe, would be £60.00.
We can recommend a good furniture repair company called Emmiera Furniture Services, who would be able to fit the new buttons for you if wanted. I will attach their details below for you if you would like to contact them.
If you would like to order the buttons, please let me know and I will arrange the payment request and process the order for you.

Once I have received then I believe you. The only reason you have changed the version of your reply to my review simply because I accused you of being untruthful about everything.

We hadn’t heard of SLF24 before, but found them through a Google search. We were looking for a right hand corner sofa to fit into our living room/snug. The room is quite small but we wanted to get the biggest sofa possible to fit the space.

We ordered the Baron Right Hand Corner Sofa (Kronos material in forest green.) We got the matching Baron footstool, so everyone can put their feet up!

We also got the Flic Small Sofa Bed (103cm width) which fits really nicely into the corner of our dining room and is a great practical spot for putting on shoes. I’ve got my eye on it as a “reading nook” and it’s also another place people can sleep if they stay over. Probably sleeps one person comfortably and two if they’re willing to spoon!

We’d recommend ordering swatches to make sure you’re happy with the material before purchasing. The Kronos material has a bit of a sparkle to it - but we liked that! Our other swatch was Light Grey which was also really nice.

Delivery took slightly longer than expected but we were kept in the loop the whole time, and we did order just before the Xmas holidays!

We were quite nervous about ordering sofas online without having sat on them, but luckily both are very comfy! The Baron is particularly squishy and after months of watching TV from our makeshift sofa (a pile of sleeping bags on the floor) it feels absolutely luxurious!!

Great sofa
Helpful with delivery - asked for a specific day, said they try (and they actually succeed - lost a star for not having confidence from the start)
Customer service (people I emailed) were great

I bought my sofa in 2021 (the Explorer corner sofa with storage) and it still gets compliments when I have guests over. I almost had purchased a sofa from John Lewis at the time, which was double the price and less functionality, and I'm so glad I didn't and came across SLF! Communication was fast and clear. I'm writing this review now as I got in touch about an item and again, they were excellent at getting back to me - thanks to Su for answering all my questions.

Absolutely in love with our new slender sofas in v11 colour . A set of 3+2+1 . Found them through Google image search as these were used by designers at a five star builder show home . Quality is amazing , the feel of the material is beautiful. Customer service is excellent . Delivery is very fast . I highly recommend using them !

For the first time in twenty two years I decided to buy a new armchair, as the old one had finally given up the ghost. I wanted something I could curl up in, that looked good as well. I looked around for a long time and finally found it in the SLF24 ‘Baron.’
Six months on, it still looks stunning, but I wish I’d thought to ‘try before you buy.’ I wanted a chair that I could sink into, and the Baron certainly gives that impression, it looks like a marshmallow, but actually it’s hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. The seat cushion flattens out very quickly, no matter how many times it’s plumped up, and I can feel the wooden skeleton under the armrests, which have developed a different shape as the wood protrudes. I have ended up putting extra foam under the seat cushion, just as I had to in the old chair I eventually dumped.
I’m so very disappointed. I can't afford to buy another chair, and be faced with the problem of getting rid of the Baron. so probably I'm stuck with it forever...being in my seventies I don't suppose that'll be too long.

Absolutely ridiculous!
I have been waiting for sales on sofas on their website.
The original Price of the sofa I want is £1,377.
I checked the website on Monday, they had 20% sale on that sofa and it was said that the sale would finish on 31/08/24. I was happy and decided to wait as I wanted to buy more things from them, needed some time to think of what i want and i had the time until the 31st of August.
I checked their website on Wednesday and Thursday - no sales at all on any products :D Well, I thought that must have been a glitch, I decided to wait.
Checked the website today. They do have a sale of 20% again, however, the original price of the sofa went from £1,377 to £1,515. Not only the sofa I was considering getting, but all of the products :D That is a joke! How can you trust this producer!!!
Don't buy from them in August! It's a rip off!

I love my new chairs! I’ve been researching for months and have seen so many, but these chairs ticked all the boxes. The colour is exactly what I was looking for, very much a burnt orange, and the velvet is so soft. Great quality, perfect size and they add a lovely warm colour to the lounge. Delivery was within 3 weeks and the guys who delivered were lovely and helpful. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you sooooo much SLF!

I am amazed by this company and their representative, Abby, who was so kind and helpful and found me everything they offered with the specific measurement, fabric and colour requirement I needed.

Deliberated massively regarding two small velvet sofas. I had been on so many sites, and was getting overwhelmed. Decided on a colour, and placed my order (received promo code for a small discount, as I was buying two). Order was ready when expected, and I was very impressed with the delivery and packaging. I couldn't unbox them for several weeks, as I was waiting for some existing furniture to be collected, but when I did, they were so easy to assemble, which I did on my own, other than a little assistance sliding the backrest in. I'm absolutely delighted with them. They are the perfect colour, and have transformed my conservatory from the dull black leather sofas I had. I can't wait to show them off to my friends and family, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, based on my personal experience. I now need to order matching footstools, and would love a promo code SLF24 (if you're reading this)

Completely and Utterly Awful Customer Service after my approx £1000 sofa bed lasted only 2.6 years before the upholstery significantly failed. They will refuse to offer free of charge replacement or repair (under Consumer Rights Act (CRA 2015)) after being supplied with a report proving significant manufacturing failure on the seating area due to sub standard foam used.
SLF24 will also drag out your claim for months and ignore their duty and your rights under CRA 2015 and try to get you to pay for a repair, and or offer a paltry 20% reduction off a new replacement. Nice looking products granted, but trust me Avoid, Avoid, Avoid at all costs.

Website was clear and simple to use, ordered fabric samples first which arrived quickly in the post, done my order online and was delivered in 3 weeks, paid the extra for the delivery lads to unpack and take the packaging away, sofa is amazing quality for the price, sample match was perfect I’m more then happy, reliable, efficient company, would use again

I think if I had read some of the reviews about SLF24 sofas before I purchased a sofa I might have had second thoughts! But, I didn't. To be honest, I couldn't be happier.

When I first got in touch with SLF24 I was not overly impressed by the comms but that was mainly because a) I'd already had a poor experience with two other companies and b) I was irritable and overly critical. With credit to the company, they managed my concerns really well and were very helpful sending me swatches which arrived the next day. They also took on-board my (trifling) complaints about the website. Hopefully they'll take my notes on-board which will aid future customers.

The process to buy was simple and I needed a modular sofa for an awkward space that I could change around as and when required. I found the sofa combination I needed, selected the material and colour and made the order.

SLF24 kept me fully informed of the process and anticipated timescale. The comms was, in my experience, excellent. I was briefed in advance and at each step. In the end the sofa was delivered by their partner delivery company earlier than the planned dates!

The sofa sections arrived very well packed and once unpacked there were no issues with any of the five pieces. When the sofa arrived I did, for a minute, question my choice of a blue velvet material as I had flashbacks to Peter Wyngarde in Department S... but that (ancient reference) soon passed as the material is luxuriously soft! The seating is, as described on the website, quite firm but experience tells me that will give a little over time. Given that I've already fallen asleep on it already it can't be too bad can it.

I think it fair to note, in life you tend to get what you pay for and SLF24s prices are towards the budget end of the price range. But the sofa I have received is pretty excellent. The quality of the work looks really good and, for the price, I think it's a bargain. So I am very happy with my purchase. If that changes over time...I'll be sure to share :)

I spent a long time trying to find the right sofa for my budget and I was a bit nervous about ordering from this company due to the lack of reviews and it not being a local manufacturer. I spent a long time trawling through Instagram to find people with the couch model I wanted, as I wanted to see more real life images and even reached out to see if they found it to be a reliable company and quality product, to which they said yes. I recommend you do this too, as I found an influencer who had a 5% discount code which essentially covered postage! I felt confident after this and placed my order! (nimbus 3 seater in green velvet v10). I have had the couch for 6 months now and so far so good. It’s beautiful and comfy and seems great quality. The customer service was excellent and was delivered faster than anticipated. :)

What a company. You take a chance.
You order over the phone you don't know if you're doing the right thing.
But for my sofa absolutely fantastic. The colour is dead on The sofa. Is It's great to sit on. Would recommend this firm to anyone?who Wants to know where I got my Sofa from
