SLF24 Ireland Reviews

Excellent customer service. Great product. I bought my bed 3 weeks before I got the keys to my house & it arrived exactly when it was supposed to.
It’s a gorgeous colour and well made. And in case it matters to you (it matters to me!) this bed is utterly silent; no creaks no squeaks a silent sleep. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great product, great price, great quality and amazing delivery. Thanks guys. Brendan McCarthy

Excellent customer service, really quick order and delivery!! Couch is Fab! Exactly what I ordered!! My first time ordering from this company and I highly recommend them .

Superb sofa, excellent service delivered before time and lots of communication. Admired by everyone.

Fantastic customer service. In particular Louise was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough. Samples of material sent out within one day and our couch was delivered in exactly three weeks. We are thrilled with our sofa.

Recently bought a 3 seater and 2 armchairs. Was apprehensive about buying without seeing first but needn't have worried. They are excellent quality and are super comfortable. Also a 5 star customer service. Was fully informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

Great experience ordering from SLF24. Furniture was dispatched way quicker than originally said. Looks great and really comfortable too.

Amazing service from start to finish and the chair is so lovely in my home. 5 star recommendation!

Fantastic company to deal with, had my sofa earlier than timeframe expected. Delighted with it, nicer than in pictures and so comfortable. 100% recommended this company 👌

Great service, product is beautiful, comfy and sturdy. Made in Europe so quality is amazing.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a new piece of furniture.

Fabulous company, I would highly recommend them. The sofa arrived earlier than expected, is of good quality abd I will order from them again

Delighted with my new sofa bed! Communication and service was excellent and the sofa was delivered quickly. The delivery staff were really nice and helpful too. Great experience all round!

I recently bought a corner sofa bed from SLF24. I was a bit nervous buying without seeing but I honestly have to say I was absolutely delighted with the sofa when it arrived. The quality is excellent. The whole process was easy, seamless and advice I got when I called the helpline in Ireland was brilliant. I have and will recommend SLF24 and hope to buy more products in the future.

Was desperate to find sofas which would fit well into design of two rooms when finally stumbled into SLF24 range. Tasna 2.5 seater and Nimbus Sofa Bed with Storage were exactly what I was looking for. Loved that the sofas are customizable, easy to choose color and leg options, quick shipment of fabric samples.
I was updated about the progress and once the sofas were in Ireland, they were delivered in a couple of days.
One of the sofas came in two packages, but the delivery crew didn’t know about it, so left it in the warehouse. Once I realized it I contacted customer support and Louise helped promptly resolve this issue, they brought the missing package same day. Then there were two missing screws which were brought to me the next day. All in all great customer care even when some problems arise.

Hope the sofas last as they are comfortable, look really nice and the fabrics are lovely. It’s a pity you are not supposed to wash the covers, only dry cleaning.

Delighted with my sofa, it looks great and is very comfortable, have had many compliments about it. Have only had it for a couple of months so hoping that the long term ware won't disappoint, but for now I am very happy. N. Evans

What a great online store, great prices, stylish sofas and an easy to use site. Mine arrived in 3 weeks and was exactly as it looked on site, free delivery to Belfast was a bonus. Would use again as the whole process was painless.

I recently ordered a Nimbus armchair and it arrived on time. It was so comfy but unfortunately there was an error with the colour. I called them the next day. They sent out some swatches and it was collected and fully refunded within 24 hours. I spoke to Louise in customer care who couldn't have been more helpful. fantastic customer service. I have reordered and will have it well before Christmas.

Great product and service! I was in touch with SLF24 to order the sofa in a colour that was not available on the website. The service from Myles in the office in Ireland was perfect! The delivery was much quicker than initially quoted (2 weeks earlier). Delighted with the product, easy to assemble and easy to fold out. Comfortable enough for occasional use.
