Avoid!

The slides are fine, but the website is awful. No invoice provided and no response when trying to contact them. They claim to have an "instant chat" but you can never talk to anyone. The unsubscribe button on their website doesn't work and they have no way to access invoices etc. AVOID.

Please do not subscribe. They promise 7 day no questions asked money back, but when you try to unsubscribe they do not return the money stating that if you download more than 5 templates you are not elgible for refund. This information is not stated at the time of subscription. Never seen such decpetive selling.

Unsubscribe Button Does Not Work

Same problem as other users are complaining about. I tried to click the "Unsubscribe" button and nothing happens. I reached out to customer service and they said they would put in a ticket and someone would respond in 24 hours. Still haven't heard from anyone and it still shows I will be charged again. You shouldn't have to talk with anyone to "Unsubscribe" if the button is there. I would say this site is a scam and beware!!

Useless website, never visit

Absolutely horrible customer experience, first they want you to register for a free template which then is no longer free when you actually register. Feels misleading and i will never visit this site ever again.

In fairness their service was brilliant. This is a scam

This is a scam! Do not under any circumstances fall for this. They say 7 week trial which is fake and then if you want to cancel or unsubscribe it comes back with an error. I had to simply cancel my card to stop them from billing.
Major disappointment and poor quality slides.

Be Cautious

I would be cautious about using this company because they do NOT have a good support team in play to handle billing issues. The company does offer good presentation slide templates however the hassle when issues occur is not good at all. I thought the price I was paying was for a year based on the way they advertised it but I later realized that price was for six months only and by that time they had charged me again. After going back and forth with them on that issue. I realized I needed to cancel when my subscription time came up. I contacted them to cancel several days in advance and of course, they did not cancel and charged my card for another six months. At present, I am going back and forth with them on this issue too. I believe this is a one-person operation and as a result the support to handle problems to very bad. There are too many other options to consider and now with AI, you can create your stuff quickly and easily.

Be careful of auto renewals

The product itself is good, however I was automatically charged for a new full year subscription when I didnt want to. I had sent a few emails prior to the subscription ending so say I didnt want to renew but they charged me anyhow at a premium price which was almost double what I paid the previous year. The frustrating thing is you cant contact this company. Be careful about auto renewal and how much you will have to pay. It cost me $393 Australian dollars for the single year, which is way too much for this product.
