Great pricing structure.
Great pricing structure that caused me to change from my previous provider.
Packing of the prescription in a cool well insulated box and delivery service are excellent.
At first, I found that when reordering the site was not easy to navigate. But I think that part of the problem was my technical skill.
Although I haven’t needed to use it, there is help and advice readily available.

An honest, efficient and helpful company who deliver an excellent service
I have ordered from slimming direct for over a year now and I have always had excellent service. I have 6 monthly checkins via video call and they follow strict identity checks including informingmy doctors. They are very helpful and will answer any questions I have either via phone or whats app and deliver my medication promptly in a box that ensures my pen stays cold. If you want peace of mind, I can honestly recommend Slimming Direct.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you felt your concerns were not listened to.
Looking at our records, we can see that you had consultations with our clinical team, during which your circumstances were discussed in detail. While we always take our patients' views into account, our prescribers are required to follow established clinical guidelines and prescribing criteria, including BMI requirements, to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate.
