Texting back and forth with customer service about an order I received. They had no problem Texting me right back until I asked about returning the sway bar and ordering a different one,they would not text me back anymore and wouldn't answer my texts which is the only way to reach them because they never answer the phone number listed online. Totally disappointed with service and won't order anything from them again.

2013 Spyder RT - ordered their elite led headlight and fog light kits. Was notified by email when item shipped, no tracking number, 2 weeks later item arrives. Install went well and pleased with the light output but, the led drivers put out so much line noise my bike radio is pure static and unusable. Tried to call Slingmods, goes straight to voicemail, left message, no response. Emailed Sling mod and explained the issue and asked how to resolve it. Their response was to use bluetooth for music instead of the radio. Obviously had to install the bulbs to get them to work but no refundable once installed. Beware of their led kits. At least for my 2013 spyder after they "spent over a year researching" the best led conversion kit I guess they never tried to listen to music or weather. This was my first and last purchase and a costly mistake on my behalf ordering from them. At least the cupholder I ordered at the same time works.
