It’s very helpful to have most of what I want to use in an easy to access organized way.

I came across an Ad. It was for slowdive. I was really excited and immediately signed up. I couldn't wait to get started and then want able to get the 'access code' to start. At this point, I have been waiting over SIX hours. I feel stupid. I'm usually the own feeling everyone else to CHECK TRUST PILOT FIRST! I really wish I had. I totally understand the rating.

App is a scam. More money taken out than advertised. Half the meditations dont load even though I paid premium. Ai voice content. Its a basic meditation app, nothing psychadelic as they claim.

They fraudulently charged me twice for one month and attempted to charge me an additional 3 times according to my bank. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I signed up after seeing an advertised price of around $24, just to try the app. However, I was charged approximately $29 after additional taxes/fees were added.

What concerned me even more was that there was an attempt to charge my card for an additional/higher amount, which fortunately my bank declined. I did not expect or knowingly agree to these additional charges.

I submitted a refund request through the company’s stated refund process, but I still have not received a response or a refund.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to carefully check the final amount, subscription terms and any recurring charges before entering their card details. I will update this review if the company responds and resolves the issue.

Slowdive is not to be trusted. Please do not subscribe they will take extra unauthorised payments. Its a pity, they have something of value however I cancelled immediately as they took extra unauthorised money. They could make an honest living however it seems they prefer to rip people off. I will spend time trying to get my money back on principle.

SCAM! Made a single purchase and was charged multiple times. Thankfully my banks fraud team caught this one as there were additional attempts after the card was put on hold.

UPDATE: Slowdive refunded the $39.98 charge, and I appreciate that they resolved the issue. I’m updating my original review to reflect that. However, I still found the payment process extremely confusing. I intended to purchase the $8.99 one-week access, but I was also charged $39.98 for an additional course that I did not realize I was purchasing, and I did not receive a separate invoice or receipt for that charge. Customer support did ultimately refund the $39.98, which I appreciate. I hope Slowdive makes its checkout process clearer so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Scam! Buy one trail, they charge for another. No sounds as promised— only guided meditation in an AI voice. Ask for a refund and they will tell you they require your “invoice number”, but they had not sent any invoice. Worthless product, overcharges, difficult refund, all designed to wear you out so you just leave your money with them. Scam! Run away!

I felt for the amazing tones in the ad, so I subscribed for 25 USD. Before I knew, I was charged 3 times, first 25 USD, than 40 USD and at last 75 USD. The ap does not work and the music I liked, is no where to find. This is absolute SCAM, and I feel so embarresed, that I went into this trap. If I write to them, there is no human behind the answer.

Why is there no option for zero or MINUS stars? One should be created especially for this site. I am so dumb....I will never learn!! Why didn't I check here first. DO NOT sign up for this service. Its an absolute scam and getting shot of them is torturous. I have just had 24 minutes on the phone with my bank kicking their dirty, grabby little fingers off my account.
I signed up for the 8.99e service and IMMEDIATLY had 2 x 49.99e and 2 x 25e clawed out of my account.
Im only out the 8.99 - cheap enough lesson to learn but they have the 8.99 now. I have a recurring email every hour on the hour set to visit them and I might increase the frequency depending on how quickly they contact me.

This is absolut scam... I saw the ad on insta and went for the 12 week supscription for an offer of 25euro.
I was charged 3 times, first 31,24euro and then 49,98euro and last 75euro for i dont know what. And they say we can only help you, if you send your email invoice to us, THEY NEVER SENDT ANY INVOICE......... WHAT THE F....!

Why didn’t I check independent reviews first before downloading. All the responses you see are from AI. No human being is involved with troubleshooting or problem escalation and when AI can not help it resends the previous instructions. It would be funny if it wasn’t so frustrating.

They sell you via ad 14,99€ 1 month service but additionaly charge 49,99€ for additional programs. I had a conversation with them and got tickets of refund. EU citizens have 14-day instatnt withrawal right.

I cancelled this app in June 2026 after getting over charged and now they charged me 49.99$ out of no where!!! this is terrible!

I was seeing ads on social media and it looked interesting, so I subscribed for one month for 14.99$. Before I’d even logged off I had two charges on Apple Pay, one for 14.99$ and one for 42.99$. I contacted the company, whose first response was that I had to reply to the message to get a response, after which they refunded the 42.99$ but not the 14.99$. I have not gotten any account information, login details or even confirmation of purchase.

Update: I thought that when I saw them reply it meant they would process the refund, but apparently not. They replied to one of my several emails finally, and said that I would be refunded, but so far there’s nothing posted to my account.
