It’s a Chinese scam. Don’t waste your money.

Paid for next day delivery, which was Friday, arrived on Tuesday. Customer services were useless. I had to chase up courier myself. Asked for compensation for wasted days in waiting and they refused . Told them review was not going to be good and they sent £9.00 😂😂 Tried ringing but it said the number did not exist. I spoke to courier who insisted company did not contact them and in fact the delivery was not put through as next day😡
Don’t use them….very dubious company.

I ordered an air bed in December and the service was faultless, a great bed too! I had an issue this week and already an exchange is ready to be sent out to me. Swift response to my emails, understanding of my problem, can’t fault their service at all.

Their website may claim to have items in stock with delivery in 4-10 days, but after purchase they say the items are "made to order" and can take up to 4 weeks.
Customer service does not help.

You cant contact these people All enquiries are ignored, phone line is not working. No email reply.
Total waste of time. Will now have to try and get a refund in court

Absolutely dreadful company to purchase from. Ordered a pair of curtains and went to great lengths to get the creases out and also had to get a handyman to hang them, only to find that one was considerably longer than the other. Far more hassle than it was worth!!
Contacted their customer service and received an unapologetic, generic response including a label to return them despite me making mention of the fact that I have no access to a printer.
Quite possibly my worst purchase this year. Certainly wouldn’t recommend this retailer as the quality of their product is as bad as their customer service!!

Excellent price with speedy tracked delivery

This is my second purchase of an Aerobed from SlumberSlumber (I first ordered a double, and then a single). SlumberSlumber are brilliant! Easy to order, extremely quick delivery, and the cheapest price for Aerobeds I could find anywhere. Excellent communication and very securely packaged. 100% recommend.

The raised Areobeds are excellent too - very comfortable, easy to inflate & deflate, last for years and pack up fairly small.

Very impressed with the service - I was looking for a new all seasons duvet and had come across one that I decided I wanted.
Was looking around for reasonable prices and SlumberSlumber popped up. I did a google review search on them as I had never heard of them and they seemed reputable. They had the duvet on offer and offered free delivery, to another country (Rep of Ireland) a bonus!
I ordered the duvet at 22.34pm on Wednesday 22 April. The order was confirmed with an "expected delivery between 28 April and 4 May - entirely reasonable, being a different country and the current Covid crisis.
The duvet arrived at 9.45am on Friday - 36 hours after order.
I'm totally thrilled and the duvet is "delicious" too - the softest marshmallow/cloud I ever slept under!

Came across Slumber Slumber by chance when looking to purchase an Uno mattress. Hadn’t heard of them before so did a quick google search and found good reviews so decided to order from
them and am really pleased we did!
The price was much better than anywhere else we had seen & delivery was free.
The mattress was delivered quickly, delivery updates were accurate and it was in perfect condition. We would not hesitate to recommend Slumber Slumber.

Great range of products, very competitively priced. I did have an issue with a product, but the Customer Service is great, and the problem was quickly sorted out.

I ordered a Healthbeds Latex Pillow, to replace one that I had for 8 years. Ordered Fri 30/08/19, with a delivery 04 to 10/09/19, it arrived on 03/10/19 (3 working days). Well done Slumber Slumber.
The pillow may seem expensive, but having used one for 8 years, it's worth every penny. No more trying to find a pair of pillows of the right height, I just use this one on it's own.

Bought an Aerobed at a good price which arrived very promptly. The bed turned out to have a fault and was replaced with the minimum of fuss. Am very impressed by their customer service

After searching the internet for the best price, Slumber Slumber came up trumps. Super quick delivery too.

great a friendship mill bed from slumber slumber which was significantly cheaper on their site than a number of others for the same product. Prompt delivery and good value.

SlumberSlumber is one of a trading name used by U Stores (Ulster Stores) of Strand House, Coleraine. I have recently purchased two beautiful Dartington Crystal Copa G & T glasses from U Stores. These glasses are truly beautiful & delicate. Their was a manufacturing blemish ever so slight on one of the glasses but U Stores had no hesitation in replacing this glass for me. This is excellent customer service & i whole heartedly recommend this company for their quick & efficient service. Thank you
