These guys are super helpful and on point. My frame was delivered exactly on the date we needed it. They even went above and beyond and organized the installation with our assisted living. The bed works great and my parents are very happy with it.

Had a quality issue and needed to swap a backup battery unit. The owner and his supplier were totally against exchanging the bad electrical component. They wanted us to open the electrical box and swap battery and wires for them? When challenged to do what is right instead, the owner starts screaming and using profanity and said he bet I was a unemployed poor loser. Then just before I hung up in his ear he said he was super wealthy and would sue me if I complained publically. The owner has serious mental issues I’m only guessing but this company is not what we expected for customer service. Claims lifetime in the field service and this is how my elderly parents are treated. I’ll swear in court and on the bible this happened exactly as I’ve stated.

Dealing with ageing parents with complex health needs is never easy. Trying to find the right equipment, in this case a split king high lo hospital bed that would meet complex and different needs of my parents while letting still seem like they shared a bed seemed like a task that couldn't be solved. Todd and the team at slumber source spent hours helping find the right solution that met our long list of needs and then worked to get us the bed as quickly possible. I am so grateful to slumbersource and Todd in particular

Mickey and Todd were more than helpful 24/7 and appreciated their knowledge and prompt reply to inquiries which gave me confidence to purchase. Can’t say enough good things about installers Eden and Julian aware of my anxiety due to painful health condition, and with respect, patiently assisted me with trial and error bed remote positions to remove risk and decrease pain.

My initial call with Todd (sales) was extremely informative. He walked through the entire process of buying one of their beds from purchase to delivery. We spoke several times and he was able to answer all of my questions and was compassionate about the health situation my aunt was in that required a hospital bed. That call was followed up with a call from Mickey who was in charge of the delivery and set up. Mickey called me several times to update me on the progress of the order and the different teams that would be handling it. My aunt was in real need of the bed and Mickey made sure it was on time. The crew that came in to assembly the bed was extremely professional and took great care from beginning to end. The bed itself is outstanding. I cannot say enough about this company, their product and customer service team. I HIGHLY recommend Slumber Source, Todd, Mickey and the assembly team.

I called and ask questions before purchasing a bed. All my questions were answered professionally and were very helpful. Bed was delivered on time with many updates as to when it would be delivered! Great technicians assembled the bed and did a great demonstration to my father who will be using it.

Great communication with the scheduler, Miguel (Mike). The installers arrived on time and worked on removing the old bed and installing the new one. However, they did not remove the boxes where the new bed came in. I have to dispose of those big boxes and the pallet the bed came with.

Everything was great with order except delivery issue. Single deliverer! Couldn’t deliver to my site as too heavy for one person. Our maintenance department head was furious and made four calls. Finally had maintenance crew and my son move the three heavy pieces into my unit.
Otherwise, all good.

salesperson was great answering all my questions. support person communicated with me regarding delivery and set up. Once bed was delivered, communication continued. Nurse panel was missing from order. I notified slumbersource they contacted supplier to get a nurse panel sent out.The Emerald bed is outstanding in quality and comfort.

The logistics coordinator was fantastic and a complete professional.

I loved the unique experience of having someone reach out to me for all updates on my order. I never had to check the status of my order on my own because of the constant communication!! Todd and Mickey were great to talk to and such a big help. I would recommend to everyone!!

The customer service was amazing. Constant communications on my order and giving me a number I could reach with questions. Another competitor took my order and never shipped the product and didn’t inform me of the week delay. I was in a bind and found Slumber Source and they got me out of a time jamb and delivered as promised. I would highly recommend this company.

Had some problem with assembly due to poor manufacturing instructions & no instructions for hand rail. Mickey was great, I called & texted him several times and he always answered promptly.
