At the Slieve Mish Honey company we produce, package and sell Irish natural comb honey. All of the honey that we package is locally produced in the South West of Ireland by small scale apiaries. We aim to deliver a natural product, the best in flavor and the unique texture of a raw, unprocessed honey. We had an opportunity to protect and share the treasures of the local environment. The Slieve Mish Honey Company was born from a desire to safeguard the natural richness of the Dingle Peninsula and to present those place-specific flavors to discerning customers. By partnering with small-scale beekeepers, we preserve local biodiversity, support ethical land stewardship, and ensure these rare tastes endure for generations.
