Everything was handled well and with pleasure. I had called about lining up my subscriptions so they all show up at the same time.

Love the customer service here..there was a surprise deal when I added an item to my cart so I took advantage of it..My percy loves the flower power so I stalked up. I was touched by the heart with Percy's name next to it written on the inside of the box.

This time, among many others, they got it right. I purchased 1st cut Timothy hay, which was nice and green. Why I can’t get the same quality with orchard hay, is beyond me. My piggies seems to have gotten a bit picky and doesn’t seem to want the Timothy hay anymore. I can only hope I can get some good quality orchard, in the near future

I placed an order all the way to Mexico for my bunny. I bought two boxes of hay and several herbal mixes and supplements, and I can only say that both my bunny and I love the products. Everything is of excellent quality. She absolutely loved it all, and she's quite the picky eater when it comes to hay—she devoured it! I wish there were an easier way to get your products to our Latin American countries, but I will definitely continue ordering every month.
