Ordered from this company via B&Q website although wasn’t aware until I’d paid and I got the email with order number on. So placed an order 10th November for some towels for my daughters wedding present they came when I was on holiday so opened when I got home and realised there was one missing and one of the other towels had lots of pulls in it and was a mess. So rang up B & Q who said on the email there is an orange box click on it and write your message to the seller so for a week now I’ve been sending various messages and didn’t reply so rang customer services at b & q who said they would email and get them to contact me which they did and said send prove by way of a pic of the faulty goods which is fine but there is no way of attaching a photo file on the message on the email. So messaged back a few times making them aware and still no reply. So yet again called back b & q who said we will contact them and give them your number still no reply so stuck with some faulty towels. I won’t be shopping with b & q again as I should have been made aware when ordering that I’m not actually buying from them at all but someone else what a joke!

Ordered via Debenhams said delivery is from Smartliving who are supposed to have sent parcel to EVRI who say the havnt received it…Debenhams don’t want to know…shocking service

Edit 29/11 - update I had an email back received with apology for delay in responding due to busy period. They have advised a lot of their parcels have been lost by their courier and they’ve resent a new one out today. Good service, happy with response and have changed my review to 5 stars.

Item dispatched on 20/11 but still not received. Evri tracking states they’re expecting it. I’ve tried to contact the company but they haven’t replied to my email and nothing to say when they will get back to me such as an automatic response or anything on their website. I paid with Klarna so I’m hoping they will help. Due to my experience and lack of support available I would not order from them again.

I ordered 2 sets of towels from Smart Living. They were a good price but sadly the towels are quite thin. I am hoping when I wash them that they will fluff up a bit.

I bought 3 recliners via Groupon, from Smart Living Wholesale, Ltd, they’re total Rubbish! A waste of time and money… one can’t even assemble them, due to, I assume, missing screws or something…anyway they are not fit for purpose! BUYER BEWARE!! They look superb in the picture - that’s what attracted my attention - but now these useless pieces of metal and nylon are cluttering up the hall so I’m getting gyp from my husband who is steaming furious! So I want these to be returned and my money to be reimbursed!
Wish it didn’t have to be this way, as they would look lovely! Listen to me and walk away. You’ll be sorry if you don’t!

Item still not arrived and its been over a week now. Can't get anyone on the phone or message service. Just feels like they don't exist and I've been conned out of my money. £12.99 might not be to much but still ridiculous
