Brilliant experience with John Duffy at smart mortgages. From start to finish the procress was made so simple and John kept us up to date with everything along the way. As we didnt expect to be needing a mortgage as soon as we did we went to John in the hope he could guide us through the process and give us tips to what we needed to do, little did I think a few months later we would be mortgage approved. As a first time buyer the process of buying a house can seem daunting and overwhelming but Joel from Smart Mortgages made the whole process stress free and efficient. He took care of everything and was knowledgeable when I had any questions and would get back to me very quickly about anything I wasn’t sure about. I had a very good and patient advisor John Duffy. I worked with him since last year and I've lost count of how many DIPs he did for me without complaint lol. I finally got an offer accepted and he's made sure he was there to assist with all questions I had as a first time buyer and lead me in all the right directions until my mortgage was approved by the lender.
