This company completely wiped out my account when I went to log in it said no account was found and I was never able to receive my deposits back or anything. It’s definitely a scam company. Sad.

You can get it back. A simple search will save you!

Made enquiry online following national advertisements ( ML etc).
Started communicating with safe company but due to bad phone reception and struggling to communicate, when got home received emails from people claiming to be those I'd spoken to. Not true , my enquiry had been intercepted by another company ( smartrade ltd) who proceeded to claim to be same company and took me through enrollment . £219 gbp for two week demo\trial period. By time original company got back to me and I realised what had happened, it was too late. So I thought let it run for the two weeks and then close down....they started asked for ever increasing investments and then saying owed £2500 penalty clause for closing down. Told him he was dodgy and that I was going to report him for fraud ...he just hung up.

They conned £250 out of me... Said I could earn more... I was happy to just make a little and after explaining multiple times that I couldn't get hold of the £2000/£50000 investment- I asked for my initial investment back which is pennies and they told me there would be a penalty of £1000.

Our leaders of the UK were plastered over this campaign when I saw it.

Not sure if they know or not.

I will be reporting these scammers to the police.

Please please stay away.

Nothing good will come out of them, they are scammers
Take it from a former customer who nearly lost all of his money due to the smooth talk of the company's account manager.
I tried to take out some money, but for some reason, my requests were denied. All because I refused to invest more, my account manages was ineffective and eventually stopped responding to my messages altogether. I made major report to the collection agents at Zoryacappital who accounted for and returned every penny from them.

Smart trade group is nothing but a scam, i have been trying to get ny money back from them since April 2022. They try to convince you to send more and more money. My account with them is sitting at 20,786.94 USD and they won't even give me a few thousand of it back. I have spoken to 4 different people and not one will help me.
Its a scam invest elsewhere.

They claimed that I earned a huge amount money!
I asked them to deduct their fee and give back my money..they didn not do any thing
While paying the fee in advance was not included at the initial contract.
Humiliating their client , in addition to the money I they are holding ... they need more money!

From their approach and behaviour,they wont get me my investment money in frindly way, I want to go to my lawyer instead as and have to pay for the lawyer fee

Alpha strategies trading as Smart Trade Group are a huge SCAM - AVOID and BEWARE. I invested a huge amount with them five months ago and they are now impossible to contact BE WARNED!!!

BE WARNED!! This is a SCAM!!!!! Please stay away from this company. For those of you that see this real review while it is still up and not taken down I beg of you do not trust these evil people. I have all the emails etc.. to prove it. I invested about $1250 US with these guys and meanwhile Gio (scam artist) was trying to get me to go take out a $10000 loan promises of paying it back within months and making a ton of money. I didn't, thank God, I felt hesitant and for good reason. At first I thought this was real as I was watching "my money" go up on the smart trade group account and they promised I could take my money out at any point well that was a lie. Not only does the so called financial advisor take 5% but they neglect to mention that you would have to pay them taxes and fees to even get access to this so called money. They get you to send the money through shakepay because its untracable and you can never go to the bank to get your money back. I requested 2 months ago to get my money back and they said I had to wait 2 months because my money was tied up, today was supposed to be the day I received my money and they say yes as soon as you send us another $4150 we will release YOUR money. I'm not sending them another dime and I will be going to the police. My heart is that no one else will be taken advantage of by these people. Anyone that says they are not a scam works for them. I cant even imagine the families these people have destroyed and like I said to Gio who is the most arrogant rude human being on this planet yall are going to deal with God for this. So be warned and learn from my mistakes.

This company targets elderly people on Facebook ads and they tried to scam my father.

They tried to:
1) Gain access to his computer using anydesk
2) They tried to access his paypal,
3) They made incessant calls to him from multiple mobile numbers
4) Their main landline on the website goes to a Russian speaker that does not present the company, just says: "Allo?"
5) They send this link that just collects money for no service provided
6) Emails with deposit links and links to AnyDesk from Alexa Klein with no email signature

I've been collecting other data and reporting them to the relevant registrars and service providers. Stay away!
