Hi there. First time I use smart clear and I have to say that the delivery was fast . The tv came in great condition . Also I donw a mistake as I haven’t notice that I bought the tv without the stand leg but they were very supportive and very good service . 5 stars. Very happy with my purchase!

I placed an order for a TV by error
I placed an order for a TV by error. Realised I didn't actually need a TV. As I had a previous one on order through Amazon. No more than 60 minuets after placing this order. I requested the order be cancelled. This happened very late at night. Only 60 minuets elapsed, and I got an email from smartclearvision. Informing me the order couldn't be cancelled. This can not be legal. It certainly isn't ethical. Beware.

Richard's order was received at 1.50am, and about an hour after that an email asking to cancel. No email was sent refusing this as the office was not manned at this time. As soon as we opened this morning at 8am the order was cancelled and also refunded in full
Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with, and good service. The originally ordered monitor was found to be faulty on inspection (by them prior to shipping) and they arranged a switch to a similar one with no fuss.
