Andrew was honest from the start when I went to the shop with my laptop.
I felt at ease due to this and the explanation given.
Positive experience from start to finish.
Quick turn around, which was unexpected as it was near to Bank Holiday.

The staff were really friendly and polite. The quote was higher than the actual price it cost which made me feel they are very genuine. It’s always a worry when you have no idea about these things and they could easily have charged me more but clearly are very honest. Very happy with the repair and would definitely recommend

My PC cooling broke down and PC was not starting. I had it looked at, given solution options and repaired withing 3 working days.

I would un-reservedly recommend.

I telephoned for advice and they made a home visit that afternoon as I was not able to visit the shop.
The engineer had a very professional manner, was polite and kept me informed of what he was doing. Fixed problem to my p.c., cleaned off some of the rubbish that was stored. well pleased and would definitely recommend.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The quote for my laptop repair gave me best and worse scenario and a very quick turnaround. I will definitely be using this shop again and highly recommend it.

In making the effort to find a local company and not go on-line, you occasionally come across little gems like Smart Computers.
The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly and they also have a lot of technical knowledge and expertise and were easy to talk to.
I purchased an item that is not normally stocked on-site but it was ordered and arrived at their premises the next day and was assembled and ready to go the day after.
Will be using these guys again and highly recommend using them, without any hesitation.

My laptop would not boot up. Took it into Smart, they diagnosed the problem and had it back to me in two days. Not too expensive either. I would definately use them again if I have any more problems.

I recently bought a new laptop with Windows 11 on and the chaps at Smart were very helpful. Installed all my old data on the new laptop and gave me some good advice re anti-virus systems too. Thank you all.

When I bought my new laptop I was totally in the dark as to how to transfer all my data onto my new one. I took them to Smart computers and within 24 hours I had it back with everything transferred. I lost none of my data and files.

Smart Computers have always been very helpful in all aspects of their very professional service. I have used them on several occasions with no complaints.

Went into smart computers with my son’s gaming pc which he wanted upgrading for his birthday. I have no idea about pcs but the guys in the shop were amazing very knowledgeable and patient, explained everything to me, gave me different options and prices to increase the performance of the pc. After deciding on what we were going to do the guys in the shop informed me it would take 2-3 days. Took pc in on Wednesday and they called me Friday to say it was done, amazing! On collection I had full break down of the prices and what work was carried out. Overall fantastic service and would use again and recommend to everyone

I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service I was given in this shop. The staff were so helpful and considerate, they even found chairs for us to sit on as we are elderly. After purchasing a new laptop the information was transferred to it from my old laptop in just 2 hours. Everything was then demonstrated and clearly explained to us. The shop was extremely busy, which shows how popular they are, but we were still not rushed with our purchase. Highly recommended by us.

I recently went to Smart Computers and asked them for a recommended setup and quote for a bespoke new PC based on a general specification I gave them. Not only did they come up with something that fitted the bill and was a very reasonable price, they were able to build it from scratch & supply it all in one week, once I'd placed an order with them. Not only that, but their front of house man, Andrew, has been very helpful to me throughout the whole process, so I would thoroughly recommend the business for all your IT needs.
