I ordered face masks over 5 weeks ago and haven’t received them. Money taken and confirmation sent but nothing since. Emails and social media messages ignored.

I ordered 5 face cover masks on the 25th of October and payed via PayPal. Got a confirmation the same day but the masks were never sent. Was even asked for a review. Contacted customer service in Germany and on the .com address but never got an answer. Hope this way helps to get them.

My money was taken but no email confirmation and nothing has arrived. Emails were returned as undeliverable so I have reported them to my credit card company - I think this is a scam company.

I forgot about an order for a T-Shirt whose proceeds went to charity. In the first shipment, the courier didn't notify to me about the delivery and they also didn't leave to me any notice of non-delivery. If it hadn't been for the alert sent to me by Amber from the SmartCover team, I would never have had the opportunity to receive the T-Shirt. Thanks to Amber, not only I received the alert and continuous assistance, but I received also the T-Shirt in 3 days.

Ordered earplugs but they didn't arrive after almost a month so I had contact with customer support. At first the support wasn't very helpful but at second contact I was helped adequately. Most likely the first order was lost by the courier, SmartCover sent me a new shipment which arrived very quickly.
Furthermore, the earplugs are the best I've ever had.

These face masks, for me really work. I have ordered them for myself and my various family members who like me find them extremely comfortable to wear and breathe with. We started out with the SmartCover 3 Layer Mask and now also use the FFP masks too. They have proven to best reusable masks we have bought and continue to buy. I would highly recommend these masks if you’re looking for good fitting masks that protect you.

I ordered 5 of these reusable FFP2 masks and have found them to be a very good fit and easily adjustable. Have to play about a bit with them to stop glasses fogging but I get there. The masks were speedily delivered and arrived when expected. So far can't fault them

Received my reusable ffp2 masks today. The fit is fantastic, the best I've found in a reusable mask.
I had an issue with my first package getting lost, but Angelo in customer service actually contacted my to say he'd arrange a new order (I was still waiting hoping it might one day arrive).

So the latest smart cover masks are more comfortable and fit better. We have found the original ones with the white linening not to fit properly on faces and they slip down on peoples faces to easily so not easy to wear. It would be good to know if there were masks of various sizes that fit different face shapes that include those with beards.

Reshipped my order when it got lost, which I appreciated.

I have bought several items from SmartCover and found them all of good quality especially the ffp2 masks in conjunction with the mask sanitant spray. I am continuing to wear masks for the foreseeable future.

I have bought a few things from SmartCover and they are all great - the face masks are great and the spray makes sure the are not carrying any infection - best all round

Leider wird man immer wieder drauf angesprochen, dass man doch bitte eine FFP2 Maske anziehen soll, da Stoffmasken nicht erlaubt sind, das nervt dann doch etwas.. Mein erstes Paket kam leider auch nicht an und nach nervigem Hin & Her mit verschiedenen Versanddienstleistern hat mir SmartCover dann noch ein zweites Päckchen zukommen lassen, was diesmal zum Glück ankam. Leider aber ohne Waschanleitung …. Auf der Homepage steht leider keine Anleitung, nur dass ein Zettel beiliegt auf der die Waschanleitung steht….was sehr Schade ist, da ich jetzt nicht weiter weiß. Das könnte man noch verbessern!
