A fluke with what feels like a minor miracle! I came across the soup by fluke, without going into detail I had an email from the CEO Laura Knight and I noticed the tag line at the bottom of the email regards the company. I’ve been diabetic for several years and as I run my business all over Europe & the UAE am always travelling making it harder to keep my levels down. As we know travelling and being diabetic dont really go together. Anyway I ordered and subscribed the same day. I have been away all week in the North and in Scotland delivering and after a very long drive from Scotland to Somerset, I arrived back to our UK base to where the soup had been delivered. Some time to give it ago! I was more interested in the taste as I’ve never eaten Brocoli in my life being not much of a vegetable man. I wouldn’t say it’s great for my personal taste but I then added some Soy sauce to it, which made it better. Anyway of course it was my first sachet and as they say it will take time to work on the sugar levels. ALTHOUGH I wasn’t expecting what I have experienced. Firstly after doing some 2000 miles this week, I was very tired, this morning I awoke as fresh as a button, clearly with a higher energy level. BUT as I have neuropathy especially in my feet via being diabetic, the numbness in my feet was drastically different, just after one bowl! I’ve just read through all the information and can’t see anything written about this but to me it’s a little miracle where my feet are concerned. This morning I had a VAST improvement and hopefully it’s a sign it may further improve. To me it’s a little miracle!

This is an amazing product. You never know how much it is helping, but the absence of illness is something we seldom appreciate. I make a soup twice per week, and add seasoning and spices. Highly recommended.

The soup is easy to make. I like to add ground black pepper and a drizzle of hemp seed oil. I'm looking forward to the nut coated product being released soon.

The soup is tasty, even for broccoli.
Sins taking it I have dropped out of pre/high risk of Type 2 Diabetes.
Delivery is always before my last soup sachet, so I never miss a 'meal'.

Few companies communicate so clearly abut delivery and are so helpful when a query arises.

I have been taking smarter naturally soups for about a year now. Personally, it doesn’t seem to have made a great deal of difference, especially to my blood pressure which I was hoping to lower. I would like more scientific evidence including double-blind trials to convince me it’s worth continuing. The packets are not cheap supplements!

The flavour of the soup is great! Shame I can only have one per week. I live in hope that it may help my BP and cholesterol levels. It’ll be months before I know.

I was diagnosed in early 2024 at the age of 73 with type 2 diabetes which I elected to treat my lifestyle change and diet. In 2024 I read the Guardian article on SmarterNaturallysoup which I have now have one bowl once a week.
Have dropped 2 stone in weight and have a bit more energy.
The customer service team are excellent,,anything your not sure about, get in touch with them and they will get it sorted out for you.

I've been a satisfied customer of SmarterNaturally for nearly two years now and I particularly value their responsive and helpful customer service as well as the health benefits of their product.

I asked for my package to be delivered to my neighbour and it arrived a day early.

I contacted SmarterNaturally today to ask to suspend my subscription for 3 months as I am out of the country. Within half an hour SmarterNaturally sent a lovely email confirming this had been done and wishing me a great holiday.

This product is a must for any man dealing with prostate issues. You need to incorporate this into your diet. The research is there to prove that the contents of this product will help. I am certain it has many other benefits for general health. Trying to maintain a diet high in cruciferous vegetables can sometimes be difficult if you have a busy life, so this soup is an easy option. I personally like the taste, but you can enhance by adding seasoning.

The company has always been a pleasure to deal with, and I like to believe that the soup is doing me good! The growing number of case studies in which diabtetic nurses who monitor the blood sugar levels of their patients regularly and who are surprised by the sudden fall in these blood sugar levels after people start taking the soup, thus avoiding becoming diabetic is highly encouraging. bnI am not a prediabetic myself, but I like to think that all my cells are now getting more energy and therefore able to function better by virtue of the fact that I eat a weekly bowl of soup.

I have been consuming SmarterNaturally soup for over a year now. I was initially drawn to the soup because of the health benefits and as I have some chronic health conditions, plus I'm getting on a bit, so need all the help that I can get to stay healthy. I find the soup to have a neutral taste, I would be lying if I said that i found it delicious. However, the taste is easily improved by adding herbs, garlic etc, anything actually. Since being on the soup my cholesterol has improved quite a bit, the total (4.7 from 5.2) and the LDL decreased too. But, i am doing other things such as increased exercise and reducing saturated fat so I cannot say exactly why the improvement or if it's the soup. I find the company excellent to deal with and plan to continue taking it long term.

I am totally onboard with the science but beware that you are consuming a huge amount of vegetable matter and fibre in one dose, notably including chicory root fibre. This means there is a good chance you will experience significant bloating. To discover whether or not this is the case, it would be helpful to be sent a sample sachet. I suggested this using the company's messaging system on the website but never heard back. I am now left with a lot of expensive sachets which I won't use. Be careful before you commit to this product.
