i would not purchase anything from this…
i would not purchase anything from this company again i have spent almost £500 in the last couple of years with them and was hoping to offer some of their products in my own business, but i made a mistake on one purchase and they would not return to replace it so i won't be shopping with them again. it is a shame as i would of been a good customer. i will find a similar retailer with there products

You have not spent £500 with us in the last couple of years, our database shows you created an account with us and placed an order for a Konnected V2 Interface kit on the 13th June 2023 for the cost of £155.
We despatched your order same day and was delivered the next day. You never contacted us via email or telephone to check your alarm system compatibility with the Konnected Interface kit before placing the order.
On the 19th of June you sent us an email via our website contact page with the subject "Return" and the following message
"Message Body:
Order ##### (June 13, 2023)
this unit is not compatible with my system and I cant set or unset the
alarm as advertised as there is no key switch zone for my pannel".
On the same day within the hour one of our customer support team responded to you with the following

So why are you making false accusations against our company? blatianlty lying saying we never offered to accept the return and refund when we did?
Why are you trying to destroy our companies reputation? As you can see from our other reviews we put out customers satisfaction first and always have.
This will be reported to Trust Pilot for slander.

Great, simple to use device to add great functionality to my smart home.
I purchased a Konnected Smart Home Alarm system to integrate a smart alarm into HomeKit via HomeBridge. My apartment has wires installed but no sensors or controller etc. This is such a great little device! I was able to get up and running with a smart alarm system with ease and now my dumb alarm contacts and PIRs act as smart sensors for further automating my house. About delivery: quickly despatched but VAT is not lid for EU delivery which delayed my import into Ireland. I would be useful to be able to purchase ad-on boards separately should I want to expand on the future. I would highly recommend!

Purchased a Konnected alarm and Siren
Purchased a Konnected alarm and Siren. The siren would not enter the programming mode so I contacted support. I received a reply the same day to say they would look into it and they offered to refund the cost of the siren if it cannot be fixed without any issue.
