Great service provided and detailed report sent across within 24 hours. Inspection was very thorough with lots of photographs provided. Total time of inspection was 6 hours. Very pleased with the service and output.

A very detailed report generated after a 6 hour visit.

We had Scott visit our property at Robinsons Place, Mirfield for an internal and external inspection, minus the thermal inspection. He arrived promptly and was extremely thorough with the inspection taking 4-5 hours to complete. He picked up on many defects that we wouldn't have noticed ourselves. The report has been submitted to the developer, who have agreed to repair/replace everything highlighted, which has no doubt saved us money from having to fix problems in the longer term. If anyone is in any doubt whether an inspection by KB inspections is worth the cost, then believe me, it is!!. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, albeit I think I'm all moved out for now!! 😂 A big thank you to Scott and KB inspections.

They go to the property in the morning and I had the full snagging report at the evening time (same day). And the report with all the photos and describe clearly. Brilliant and professional service.

I needed a snagging company for a new property, I knew a few people who had used this company before and rated them highly.

A date was arranged for the inspection fast and efficiently.

The company kept me informed via email and text.

The inspection was carried out by Scott who I found friendly and honest. Although he was there to point out the snags he also told me the pros of the property. He was able to educate me on what should be done to fix these snags and also what was priority eg. Security risks or potential future damage.

The company were fast and efficient on delivering the report.

The overall customer journey was very impressive and effective. At first, the legal completion date of my new build was changed and I was worried about finding a good snagging company to meet the 10-day purchaser report deadline. My friend recommended me to try KB inspection and then I talked to Kelly and told her about my tight schedule. She was extremely responsive and effective and quickly helped me to lock down a time slot and also told me that the reports should be ready before my deadline. On the day that Kelly committed, I received the reports. And Adam's inspection reports were very professional and attentive, while issues were very well described and clear. I would thoroughly recommend KB Inspections. Kelly was very helpful and kept us up to date with regards to our appointment. The inspection itself was carried out almost forensically and provided us with the kind of detail that we were after.

Well if you have not used KB Inspections and thinking about having an inspection, just sign them up straight away. From initial contact to the actual report Kelly & Adam are professional to the extreme. Adam left no stone unturned and help is still there afterwards when the builder plays their games.

The surveyor arrived on time and spent 4-5 hours to do their work. The inspection reports are very detail with suggestions.

The surveyor arrived on time at 8am and the survey took a few hours. He carried out a thorough inspection on our new house, i.e. external, inside, roof and thermal check using latest technology. The inspection report detailed the defects and recommended the actions required so that it's easier for the developer to follow up the issues. Excellent job and it's worth it!!

Adam and Kelly, from the point of booking to being in receipt of the commissioned report, make an exceptional duo. Nothing was too much trouble.

Adams services were required to inspect our deep concerns around our new build on Bucklers Park, Crowthorne. He spent approximately 12hrs on-site, kept us informed at every stage, and was more than happy to answer any questions we had against regulations and building practices, all whilst diligently working away.

The report was clear, concise and readily available the next day - even after travelling back home to the north of England.

8 to 9 months on, Adam is still available to us via phone call or WhatsApp to answer any trailing questions. This alone is very kind and generous of him.

Just goes to shows a little bit of research and patience goes a long way.
