Both Kelly and Adam have been great throughout the snagging process, communication from Kelly has been brilliant. Adam was very thorough when snagging my new home, and picked up things I wouldn’t have even thought to look at. We loved the reports we received afterwards (very detailed) such as a heat loss check and videos of our property. Company have been professional and fantastic from the very start, would definitely recommend!

Professional inspector, very nice and explained some major findings at site for us. Report was issued in very quick manner.

Great service, Adam was very thorough and devoted the whole day to snagging our property, identified loads of things we would never have spotted were wrong and offered advice on how to negotiate with developers to get what we wanted. Also a nice bonus is we got drone video aerial footage of our property as a keepsake.

KB Inspections have been extremely helpful and prompt at all aspects of booking and producing the reported (which was provided the same day). Whilst inspecting my new build house all questions I had was answered, thank you I would highly recommend!

We had our New Build snagged by Scott. What a fantastic job he did, professional in every aspect of the inspection.

But it doesn’t stop there, communication with Kelly before and after the inspection is second to none and any questions you have are never to much trouble.

It has definitely had a big influence when getting those snags sorted with a developer.

The builders said they have never seen a report of this size and agreed they will have a lot of rectification work to do. PS. to an untrained eye the house looked OK, that's because we didn't know what to look for! It's still a lovely place to be in, but it will be better when the imperfections are addressed!

I’m not one for leaving reviews but I have to thank KB inspections for booking me in so soon and picking up on all the snags I wouldn’t have noticed myself. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone buying a new build as it will definitely save you money in the long run. Thank you!!
