I placed my order on May 5, 2025, for a Smart Nora product totaling $477. It has now been past several months, and I still have not received my order or any clear update on its status. I emailed multiple times, reported them to the BBB and still have no response. Avoid purchasing anything from them.

Never delivered the product or refunded my money. Either bankrupt or a scam.

I ordered the Smart Nora in April 2025 and have never received the product. Initially, they kept postponing shipment. Despite several back-and-forth email exchanges, they stopped responding entirely once I asked for my money back.

It’s now mid-October, more than six months since I paid, and I’m still out the full purchase price — no product, no refund, no response. I even attempted to dispute the charge with my bank, but the 120-day limit had passed by the time I realized they were not going to deliver.

This has been one of the worst online purchase experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable. Unless Smart Nora resolves this immediately, I plan to file formal complaints with the FTC, BBB, and state consumer protection agencies, and I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase to think twice before trusting this company.

What a bunch of crooks, stole my money and ran!
I had the 1.0 version and was looking for an upgrade so I went ahead and purchased the new version in April 2025. On May 23rd. I got a mail from Behzad (Co-Founder, Smart Nora) stating "....The good news: those uncertainties have now cleared up and we’ve secured our vessel — your order is now scheduled to ship by the end of June...".
However, instead of getting my device as promised they went dark (Not even a courtesy email) and apparently filed for bankruptcy on July 11th.

I honestly think this company went bankrupt. At first, they were responsive and even sent me a replacement part, but after June 23rd they completely stopped replying. I returned my Smart Nora, never got a refund, and haven’t heard a word since.

They never delivered and please be careful not to spend even a dollar to them

Went bankrupt in July after taking orders for months. I’m sure there are hundreds of people like me that lost their money on a product that never shipped.

I would give “0” stars if possible. I ordered the device in early March. It has been 5 months and I have not received it, and have been unable to contact anyone from this company via Phone, Email, Direct Message on Facebook and IG, and leaving comments on their Facebook page. Honest question, have they gone bankrupt?

The device didn't work well enough for me so I obtained a return authorization and sent it back. It has been over 2 months and I have not received the refund. Additionally they will not respond to my emails.

The device did not work for me so I returned the item as instructed during the allotted time frame and was approved for return by the company. It is a very annoying device and disturbed my sleep immensely. I was never given a refund. I called and emailed on several occasions and never heard back. I finally had to request a charge back from my credit card company. Beware! The return policy is not risk-free.

We ordered the device for my wife. It ended up not working for us and we returned the device within the refund window and the refund has not been given. The emails were slow to respond and eventually they confirmed the received the return and have yet to issue our refund. it has been 4 months!! I would never trust this company and i would never recommend this company or device to anyone!!

My order has never shipped, and they are ghosting me!
I ordered the gen 2 unit on April 22nd and they charged my credit card promptly. I got a couple of emails saying that there was a delay and I would get my unit before the end of June. As such they said I was getting additional stuff, blah, blah, blah. Well July 9th and my order has not arrived, I have not received any information from the Smart Nora and my emails are going unanswered. My only next step is to reach out to my credit card company and see if they can help me get my money back. As of right now, steer clear of this product unless you want to be scammed out of your money! If something changes and I hear anything from them, I will update this review.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the vendor and they did cancel my order and credited my credit card. So they made good but I would still avoid buying this product due to their inability to service the order.

I returned my device after a trial, as it didn't help enough with my condition.

The team promised a refund within '2 billing cycles' from receiving the return.

I returned the product December 2024. It's been over 6 months and still no refund.

Very disappointing.

I tried the device based on NYT recommendation. I paid upfront. Delivery was delayed at least 9 months. I asked my CC co. to help because they weren't writing me back. The intervention from my CC co got me a return authorization. I sent it back because it didn't work. They have now had the return for over 3 months and I have not received my refund. They do not answer my calls or my emails. This place is a classic ripoff. I lost $400. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Product ordered and paid on about 4/12/2025. By May the product had not arrived. I could not reach anyone at a hard to locate customer service number, but also emailed and received a call back in May saying there would be a 2 week delay in shipment. I questioned why the Company advertises and takes payment for products it cannot ship promptly. By June 6, I disputed the charge on my card as nothing arrived, and no updates were given. No subsequent communications from the Company. Better Business Bureau recites multiple complaints.

Order placed on Dec 10th. Received item in February, ask for refund after a week . This company will ask you to wait 60days for your refund. This is how they get you, delay shipping for 60 days then ask you to wait another 60 days for refund, then they ghost you because at this point your purchase is over 120 days and you can’t dispute through your credit card company after 120 days. Please stay away from Smart Nora , this is not a honest company

The buying process was very simple. Although there was a shipping delay because of what they communicated was a shortage, it wasn't a big deal. When I finally received the product, the packaging was great and it was very easy to set up and start using. Unfortunately, the sound of the inflating bothered me more than I thought it would. It also registered some of my wife's loud breathing as snoring and would initiate the pump. I asked for a return, followed their instructions and returned the product but I never received a refund. I've called several times, I've emailed even more. I can't get a hold of anybody and have not received my refund or any response in months

Thank you so much for sending the part that repaired our Smart Nora (We effectionately call it Snora here at home). We are getting very good night sleeps now thank you so much. Your Snora is the best product I have found to eliminate snoring from my partner. It's easy to use, very effective in stopping snoring, quiet, and sometimes you just forget it's there. Your support team was tremendous. I've had my device longer than you have been putting serial numbers on them, it seems. What an amazing product. Thank you so much for your help and for our wonderful sleepytime that we enjoy now.

This has been the only product that has actually worked for both of us. It has greatly reduced my snoring and was not so annoying that I couldn’t sleep. I have now had this for over five years and it is the best anti snoring product out there.

I have used smart Nora for several years and works well and earlier times they serviced the unit without charge. Since I have had the unit for some time they did charge me for the last fix. Great people to do business with great customer service.
