Their customer service is the worst just like the service itself. I bought a static residential proxy but I got a corporate one instead which is totally the opposite of what I paid for.
Their CS can't even speak English and are just useless, I got a reply on my ticket explaining the situation after 2 days and they simply said that they can't do anything even though it was clearly their mistake for not providing me what I paid for.

Avoid at any cost. We ordered an IP from a specific country and got from another. Even after sending them a proof, they refused to change the IP. Don't waste your money with them.

J’ai eu une expérience extrêmement négative avec Smartproxy. J’ai configuré une rotation d’IP pour une heure, mais en réalité les adresses changeaient toutes les deux minutes. Résultat : bannissement systématique sur toutes les plateformes. J’ai perdu des milliers de dollars à cause de ce dysfonctionnement.

Le service client est tout aussi décevant : au lieu d’un support professionnel, on a affaire à une personne qui s’exprime de manière familière, comme si vous étiez un membre de sa famille, sans aucun respect pour le client.

Conclusion : Méfiez-vous de ce service, il peut vous coûter très cher.

Smart proxy.org are scammers, please avoid them.They are thieves their support are either Kenyans or china.

Good luck sending them any crypto they don't even know what addresses are theirs and they play dumb when you send them proof you sent it to their address. The support team is also very low effort and speak bad English so I would avoid at all costs.

They are fantastic service provider. The Smartproxy is so fast and unlock all the private and restricted website. I am very happy to take their service. It was really Nice and Good

As far as I could find out it's a Chinese copy of the site.

Chinese once again failed miserably to copy the original and ended up selling this crap. What a surprise.
