Upto date I have been trying to get an update on a survey done a few weeks ago now . I was advised last week they would chase an update for me but this week I am struggling to get hold of anyone on the phones. Would really love some communication with what is happening going forward if possible since I am desperate for a boiler replacement in my property.

Have been working extremely hard putting in a new boiler and radiators, a whole new central heating system. They have been amazing, quick and tidy too. I have been very impressed.

I had my new boiler installed through the ECO4 scheme by Smartway Energy, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team fitted a brand new Worcester Bosch 4000 Greenstar boiler and did a fantastic job from start to finish.

A special thank you to Daljeet and the team – they were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Their workmanship was excellent, and they made sure everything was completed to a very high standard.

They also cleaned and tidied everything up properly after finishing the installation, which I really appreciated. It’s great to see a team that takes pride not only in their work but also in leaving the home spotless.

Ramzi and his team were extremely helpful, polite and kept me informed throughout the day as to what was happening.
I had applied for the Grant online and was very happy to get accepted. The initial call was very professional and I could ring back with any questions I had.
The survey was done a few days later and the boiler installation was meant to be carried out on the 26/01, but I decided that breaking my ankle was a better choice, so it was postponed until today (4th).
I am completely bed bound, due to my ankle and Ramzi would take pictures and show me how far they'd got.
As far as I am concerned this company is 100% professional, tidy, respectful and would definitely recommend them.

The team was very efficient, polite and worked to the high standards, that is both Amrit and the team for the boiler and also the insulation team.

Why have you sent several men to my house today and tried to Bully me into letting them in? I signed a declaration stating that you were not allowed access to my property on 19/12/25 The police are now investigating as they have the van registration and the blue BMW who wanted to get in my property. They have ruined my property in several places including dangerous electrical, and now you don’t want to talk about it?? Tough times ahead for you
