I was contacted out of the blue
I was contacted out of the blue, to advise me that I had been nominated for an award. I was asked to send a Company Profile which I did. Sometime later, I recieved an email asking me if I had received confirmation of winning the caterory for which my Company was nominated. I replied that I had not and was then sent a copy of an email from another person, saying we had won.
At this time, I was offered various additional advertising options for the company. These are fairly high rates, however I was advised that we would be given a full listing in the awards list.
This was approximately 3 months ago. Our Company is not listed anywhere in the Awards listings and my emails to SME have gone unanswered.
As I have not been asked personally for any money, however, I would not part with any either, as I am not convinced that we would have come out of this with anything having paid for marketing (or not.)
To date there is no listing that we can find.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration, particularly regarding the difficulty in locating your company’s listing and the lack of response to your follow-up emails.
We send a series of communications throughout the nomination and award process, using the available contact details and channels where possible. As part of this process, winners are normally sent a link to confirm their complimentary package through our online winners portal, which includes the award listing. As you received the initial nomination email but do not appear to have received the subsequent communications, it seems that something may have gone wrong in this instance, and we apologise for the breakdown in communication.
To confirm, our awards programmes are free to enter and win, and there is no obligation to purchase any of the optional marketing or promotional packages offered. If your company was confirmed as a winner, the relevant listing is not dependent on any paid package being purchased.
We would be happy to look into this for you and resolve the matter directly. There are several individuals with the same name within our system, so we have been unable to confidently identify your specific record from the review alone. Please could I ask you to contact us at customer-services@aiglobalmedialtd.com using, or providing, the email address originally contacted on, along with your company name and award programme, our team will investigate this fully. If the listing is not already live, we will ensure it is manually reviewed and added where appropriate.
