I experienced several issues with my laptop, and the team responded quickly and efficiently. They were not only professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable throughout the process. Their effective support made a big difference, and I would highly recommend their services.
I approached SME ONE initially with a number of questions regarding replacement of a very dated laptop, appropriate software upgrades, related security concerns, back-ups, and pros and cons of migration to cloud services. Though the answers were a little time in coming, the quality and depth of the response, which ran to several pages, far exceeded my expectations, justified the time taken, and displayed a clear understanding of my circumstances and uncertainties. It immediately built trust and confidence. Following my purchase of the new laptop and software, SME ONE managed a less than straightforward migration from the old to the new. This was done remotely and took many hours, but with confidence-giving phone or WhatsApp communication throughout the process. Though there were a few issues along the way, and there remain some aspects to be tidied up, (the pace of which is being constrained by me), I am confident that these will be managed with a similar level of attention to detail, and determination to 'get it right' to the end. I greatly value the relationship I have developed with the technical support individual to whom I have been allocated. I feel "in good hands", and appreciate the ethos that: "no question is a silly question". I sense SME ONE are clearly trying to ensure that their customers get the productivity benefits they should, from the IT that they may have. I have been reassured by the quality and responsiveness of personal engagement.

I met with Daniel with issues with my work e mails not syncing with my IPhone. The IPhone wouldn’t sync e mail contacts with my IMAP e mails. Which made it difficult to work efficiently with e mails whilst away from the office. Daniel was very knowledgeable and quickly worked to rectify the issue. I can’t say just how happy I am that I can now e mail my clients whilst being away from the office.
