The store has some real eye candy for kids, but it isn't any better in quality than K-mart's stuff or Paper Plus. It's mostly plastic, not durable and got the cute look. What also annoys me is that when I take something to the counter the hard-sell begins. "Oh, we have a special on this, which would be great with your item." The special this time was even more expensive than the little journal selected. Just cut it out, the hard sell alone means I won't be going back.

Thank you to the lovely Store Manager & Nelena from the Dressmart Smiggles Store. I was able to find a Gift Basket for my grand nephew turning 5 this weekend. Such a great selection for youngsters and having these lovely staff members provide recommendations without overspending. This will be my go to store first when purchasing Birthday gifts for kiddies. Keep up the wonderful work Nelena and gorgeous Store Manager.

Snuggles offers something unique and really for those willing to spend a little more, so while not affordable for all definitely something special for the special occasion.

I went to the Westfield New Market store the other day and had such a nice experience. The staff were really friendly and a sales girl named Izzy was super helpful! Will be back :)

It annoys me that their very expensive bags don’t even last a year without something breaking on them.
We have had a unicorn bag that the handle broke on, the poppit bag where the drink holder broke on the side…
The spritz bottle where the handle broke not even a year old… I could probably take that one back since it hasn’t been a year…. I’ve told my daughter no more school bags from here. $80 for a bag that only lasts a year is a rip off.

Have to give this store a top rating friendly helpful staff great quality products will visit again

The worst ever! Bought things online in Dec 2023. Never arrived! Customer service just hung up! no response to emails. Seriously you have no customer service

Sonia at Smiggle St Lukes is awesome. Very friendly and was welcomed into the store straight away. Gave her suggestions and explained size/sale pricing etc, for the backpacks we were looking at, which was great. Definitely recommend the St Lukes store!

Had a great experience with Smiggle in New Zealand and Australia. They were fantastic in helping me with my daughter's broken water bottle lid, replacing it promptly and even providing an extra lid. The customer service was exceptional, and a special shout-out to Emily from Smiggle New Zealand for efficiently sorting and sending the new lids. I always love their products.

I bought my two daughters two drink bottles from smiggle and they didn't even last a month and they wer broken and leaking . Which is ashame for the price of these bottles!
anybody would think they wer from the 2dolla shop. I don't recommend the stainless steel drink bottles.

Courier service incredibly slow, you need to change contracts as PBT is notoriously a bad company.
Finally received order and they’ve sent the wrong item, so annoyed as these were gifts, no response from customer service yet but if they resend they definitely won’t arrive in time as it takes over a week via their courier

I bought Stainless Steel Spritz Drink Bottle but the lid doesn't screw and water is leaking all over and opening all the time. It's getting all my daughter's school supplies wet, it's very irritating!!! I already sent an email to smiggle 11th of February but I didn’t hear anything from them… very very disappointed the products are expensive The least was to work properly….

Order not sent yet and no response to any queries I've made via the website. Physical stores say they have nothing to do with the online store so can't help at all. Terrible service. Avoid the online store. If you need to shop at Smiggle go into a physical store, the online store is not to be trusted.
