I purchased the smilepro advanced kit and received it a few days ago. After reading and following the instructions I used it on 3 consecutive days. On the fourth day it stopped working although I had just charged it using different power sources, which I also use to charge my phone. The device stopped working altogether and there was no green light flashing either. As the device is clearly faulty, I wrote to customer service explaining my problem and asked for a refund. I have now had a reply from customer service asking me to film a short video showing the device not working in order for me to get replacement. I don't want a replacement, I just want a refund, which is my right as a cutomer. I would not recommend this product nor would I recommend the customer service, esp since they don't want to refund your money. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of cutomer service.

Bought for me and my partner both units stopped working after a month.

Decided to order the whitening advanced kit after seeing lots if positive reviews. First time customer. Website was easy to navigate and ordering process was quick and easy. Communication was good with regular order updates and delivery information. My order came quickly. Was packaged securely and arrived on time and in good condition. Can't comment too much on the kit as have not had the opportunity to try it yet. But it looks good quality with easy to follow instructions. I am happy with my experience of this order and if I get the results from the kit that I am hoping for, I will definitely use them again. Based on this experience, I would recommend SmilePro Worldwide.

Just wanted to add this update to my previous comment. After experiencing an issue with the device not charging properly, I contacted their customer service to report it. I was assisted by a wonderful agent called Mary on more than one occasion whom dealt with the issue very efficiently and provided a swift resolution. So I maintain this 5-star review for Smilepro and for the excellent customer service. Thank you.

It was just so easy to use and it had great results and i have sensitive teeth because i use invisilign and it was just so good in clearing all that yellowness from them.

I've used many whitening toothpastes over the years but this is by far the best. I cant help but smile whenever I see a mirror. I used to have white teeth but my coffee habit took its toll but that has been completely reversed.

So far it's working

Really easy to use and I can definitely see results. My teeth are whiter and each day are getting whiter so it's working well. I've been using a couple of weeks and would recommend

IT WORKS….
Have used a few different types of Tooth whitening kits and Smilepro are by far the best I had used in way of noticeable results in a short period of time! No issues with sore gums either regarding the Teeth whitening solution, which was easy to paint on the teeth then utilising the LED mouth guard to accelerate the whitening process. Very Happy & will be ordering more whitening solution in due course. I found out about Smile Pro via the Independant Newspaper which was reviewing Tooth whitening products and there products where the best reviewed winner of tests.

Have been using this product for nearly a week now, and the results are promising. Definitely going to carry on, and hopefully the end results will last. Possibly have to top up every now and again, but that wouldn't be a problem.

whitening pen pack

I have been using Smile Pro for approximately 7 months. I have smoked for over 35 years and had never had any whitening done to my teeth before. Although not a huge difference there is definitely a difference from over time. I started on number 13 on the chart (if not a bit worse). Now I'm at 10/11. So it has been a slow process but considering the staining on my teeth at the start, there is definitely improvement

My SmilePro kit was faulty after exchanging emails my SmilePro kit was replaced.
Mary was the lady I was working with to resolve the problem and she couldn’t have been more helpful.
I would highly recommend SmilePro kit.

Charcoal toothpaste

Working for a vending machine company, i tend to drink / sample alot of coffee and tea this toothpaste does help remove stains on teeth caused by this along with whitening strips work perfectly. Highly recommended

So happy I found smilepro, it’s Best whitening kit I’ve used. I seen the difference after my first use, brilliant products.

In my opinion i received a very poor result using this product. I only had minor staining due to drinking tea, after 10 days of use i was very dissapointed in the results. the product was not cheap and i expected noticible results. I decided i wanted a refund because i was so dissapointed. I got a reply from customer services telling me i could get a refund for the product if i paid for return postage. Fair enough i though, but i was really shocked when i was effectivly banned from ordering anything else from them, not that i wanted to. But i found it very childish and pathetic of them to ban me just because i was an unhappy customer.Very poor customer services
