We have been customers for many years, always extremely professional, efficient, welcoming, flexible, highly recommend as a virtual or physical office.

Highly recommend Smithfield’s as an option. The space is modern, very well maintained and from the moment we moved in the team have been truly great.

The common areas are clean and well stocked. Reception are on point, friendly and organised. Maintenance team are efficient and take pride in their work. The owners are down to earth and understanding.

Bitter sweet situation moving out, we’ll miss being at Smithfield’s but who knows, maybe we’ll return one day!

We’re coming up to a year at Smithfield Business Centre, and we’re really pleased to be extending our stay.

It’s been a fantastic base for us - the space is well looked after, and the whole experience has been smooth and supportive from day one. What really stands out, though, is the team. The fact that it’s family-run really shows in the way it’s managed - everyone, from front of house to the cleaning staff, brings a level of care and friendliness that makes a real difference day to day.

A special thanks to David, Orinta, Louise and Paul, who are always incredibly helpful and proactive in making sure we’ve got everything we need. Their support (and patience) hasn’t gone unnoticed.

We’ve felt genuinely looked after here, and that’s made all the difference as we’ve grown over the past year.

Located in the heart of Farringdon, Smithfield offers a rich suite of business services, ideal for embryonic start ups and established businesses alike. Whilst the offices are fine and well sited, it’s the people that make Smithfield a must for any small enterprise. From a totally stream-lined and simple set up process to the provision of flawless business services, they are outstanding. The team are ably lead, warm and engaging yet utterly professional. If any small business owners are concerned with how they may be perceived, Smithfield will enhance a corporate reputation, not detract from it. To cap it all, they are competitively priced across the service board. The surprise is how they can offer such a high level of service with excellent facilities for such modest rates. I would strongly recommend them.

I've recently worked alongside the administration and front-of house team, for the second time in a few months and on a temporary basis.

What's stood out to me on both occasions has been the professionalism of the Centre Manager, Louise, and the Deputy Centre Manager, Orinta, as well as the wider team. It's been like a masterclass in customer service seeing the systems they have in place and how they look after the businesses and people within the building, as well as the virtual tenants.

The family behind Smithfield are frequently in and around the building, and their support of their team is evident in the length of time their employees have worked there. Everyone, including the maintenance and dedicated cleaning team, are employees of long-standing and a delightful group of people pulling together on a happy ship.

I'm sure they must all have their 'off days' but I haven't seen them!

We are saying goodbye to our excellent office space and the team that runs it, and it's not an easy farewell. This office has been more than just a workspace; it's been a comfortable, efficient environment that we've been proud to be part of.

The office is a blend of style and practicality, with modern facilities that cater to every professional requirement. The comfortable furniture, natural lighting, and well-kept outdoor spaces,if your lucky enought to have the top floor space, have made it a pleasant place to work.

The highlight of this office, however, is the team that runs it. They are helpful, supportive, and always welcoming, making our professional lives smoother. Their good-natured humor brought a positive vibe to the office, making work not just a routine, but an enjoyable experience.

We're leaving this office not out of choice, but due to our parent company's decision to consolidate into two offices. We'll miss the space and the team, and take with us great memories and experiences. A big thank you to the team for making our time here rewarding. We look forward to possibly crossing paths again in the future.

The building team is attentive to any requests with quick responses. They always go above and beyond with their service.

We worked with Smithfield for 2 years and moved within their centres twice due to growth.

Their offices are extremely comfortable with modern, clean, and up to date furniture. The tech in the building is first class, and the overall service is the best we've received since the business launched in 2007.

Add to this the staff at Smithfield are so helpful, professional, and courteous, they are always on hand to help and no job is too big.

The only reason we moved out is due to relocation out of London, and should we ever decide to return we would 100% go back to Smithfield.

Louise and her team have been great since the outset when we took the opportunity to move to a virtual office style of working. The meeting rooms are always availabe when we need them and the buiding is not only very convenient for public transport and local amenities but is impeccably maintained. Would definitely recommend.

My company had a office here for 6 months and I loved it. Great to get to - only 2 minutes from Farringdon station - and a nice relaxed part of the City.
The buildings team were all great and really helpful. Break-out sites are fine and it is quiet - which I like!

As an U.S. based company looking to expand our international footprint, Smithfield was the ideal office space to use in doing so. The staff was always responsive, punctual and professional which was important to us.

We have been clients of Smithfield Offices since March 2016. We had a great experience with the team from the beginning which has continued to the present time. All of the staff at Smithfield are very friendly and approachable and have been working with the company for several years, ensuring a high standard of service throughout. The reception area is always very welcoming.

The building is well maintained and offices and boardrooms are furnished to a high standard which helps us to present a professional image to clients. Kitchens and common areas are always clean and tidy. The building is also easily accessible by bus and tube with Farringdon station a short 3 minute walk away. The building is also surrounded by great coffee shops and dining options for lunch or to relax after work. Offices and boardrooms are very cost effective for such a well appointed building in the heart of London.

What is different with Smithfield is that the Landlord is a family business, and that shows with the friendly, professional and accommodating service provided by the team, from initial outreach through to operations support. In addition to the service level the office is well furnished and equipped, modern and enjoyed by our team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smithfield.

We have been using Smithfield for a Blackfriars office since Jan 2020. The whole team at Smithfield exceeded expectations, particularly David and Orinta.

The pandemic was challenging for all and David helped us repurpose to a smaller office as we moved to a hybrid model and has always looked to accommodate our needs on every occasion. We would recommend Smithfield without hesitation!!
