ripped off. no followers delivered and asked a refund over and over to be ignored. username was elizabethcath_x now changed to elizabethcatherine__ i have emailed numerous times and spoke on facebook messenger i wish for a refund.

Avoid at all costs!!! I have been trying to contact the company for a full refund as all instagram followers unfollowed in 1 day. £50 gone!!! All of the 5 star reviews are fake as you can see smmpoint respond to positive messages but ignore the bad reviews. Scam and you should stay away!!

Scam or just bad product

Bought followers at the start of January, by the end of January they all dropped off.

They claim on the website 'We offer real, active, stable Instagram followers'. So that's a waste of money, still trying to get a refund.

Cool and understanding seller, he gives the expectations of these customers and take the time to answer questions honestly. Very good ! And very accommodating !

placed an order for instagram auto likes and they delivered as promised for the next 30 posts. Im very pleased with them as i saw the bad reviews earlier but Im happy to say they're legit. many thanks

Honestly, these guys are really trust worthy. This is a full honest review. Although the support can be a little slow through their site, you can reach them faster through whatsapp if you wish to get through quicker. In my experience smmpoint have never let me down. I had contacted them and the reply was slow so i got scared and thought it was a scam but they helped me asap when they were able to get in contact with me again which was no longer than a day. 100% would trust these guys. Although their customer support could be a little better with faster replies, they 100% do deliver with good results. I have tried other places and they just are over priced and don't deliver as promised. Ive ordered from these guys more than 5 times now and they've fulfilled every single order which shocked me considering I have trust issues lol but yeah Thank you and the team fr<3

I ordered a 10 K views package.
They received my payment.
But I never received any views from them.
I sent them 3 emails. Without any response.
I AM VERY DISAPOINTED....

Used to be a really good and reliable site and never used to have problems. It’s gone down hill and you lose followers straight away.. please sort it out.

Bought 1500 followers. Some of them arrived however a couple of days later they were all gone. Seems they must have been robot accounts deleted by Instagram. No response to any of my contact either. I'd suggest you do not use this site

I can't say if SMM Point works. i purchased 1,000 Twitter followers and they weren't able to deliver. There seemed to be a technical issue on their end. They promptly refunded my money to PayPal when I asked for it, so they seem like an honest business.

My recommendation: use PayPal for whatever you purchase, so you can easily ask for your money back if you need it. Worth a try I guess :)

I bought the 3000 follower package and 250 likes, the Followers were Dropped in two days! I emailed a guy called Naeem and he told me to BE PATIENT ...???? I then saw my following go up again the following day and now they are back down again! I am APPALLED!! The website promises so much fake stuff “genuine followers” I THINK NOT! Bot accounts and drop within a few days I PAID LIKE £40 ! Not acceptable honestly, Don’t waste you’re time or money.

So i bought the 1000 followers package, these went on instantly which was great! However the following 2 days i lost over 600 followers, over 200 went instantly whilst i was online then the following day the same thing happened but that time it was over 400. I have sent two emails with no reply yet, I am happy to change my review if this is resolved and i get a reply

Since my review i had one email to asked if my user name had changed and that it would be fixed, i have not heard from them since 19th Nov and continue to lose followers. Very frustrating and disappointed. Will be emailing again for a refund this time i have waited patiently and given the benefit of the doubt i don't like leaving bad reviews :(
