Always a good product at a competitive price

Good company to deal with

Ordered last week and still haven't had my.product. DHL, we're meant to deliver it last Friday and had to redirect to a collection point (their own depot) to be told that van won't be in to Sun night (probably), it's meant to be getting delivered tomorrow, time will tell. So far I wouldn't order from this company again if DHL is their delivery partner, Royal Mail can do the next day guaranteed!!

UPDATE arrived on 13/10/26 a WEEK later!

Product is so tiny lol, wasn't expecting that. Seems grand for now but feels like cheap Chinese muck

Always top products an good service 👌

Always on time never any mistakes even had a 11.58am order delivered in 24h 10/10 good guys very helpful

Great service, efficient and reliable :)

Im a rwgular bjyer and all items ive bought have been legit and some great itemd like the dab x £7.99 for eaxtracts only like a pipe /vaoe great things, thanks Smokers choice alwags spot on

Great quality products and Great safe and secure delivery.

Excellent service and quality

Really disappointed with this company & wouldn't recommend it to any others!

The items are sold defective hence the discounts in price on certain products… This isn’t stated in the description & upon received roughly 10 out the 54 were cosmetically damaged, whilst at least 5 had manufacturing errors causing leakage :/

Further errors with my parcel occurred during delivery such as the company sending my a whole week later than paid for…

I ordered in a Tuesday 1-2 day delivery and received it Tuesday the next week?!?!

I would seriously steer clear from this website & especially if you have customers waiting for your products.

The business needs a strong look at how to rectify situations in where multiple errors occur rather than an apology….

No nonsense and no frills.
Good prices, good choices and first class service.

Wrong item bad service got scammed but not good it gang

Easy to order abit expensive for delivery it took 4 days so wasn’t that bad but I’m sure it was meant to be delivered in 2 days the yocan pro is a solid bit of kit what i ordered so all round very happy

Great service. Genuine item. Delivered really quickly and well packaged. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Perfect use them every time and they never let me down always fast and on time

fast delivery, well packaged, great customer service

Great and fast delivery

They have sent all damaged products which have caused leakage, even complimentary products too which are out of date and damaged also.. I have emailed them with no reply so I’ve therefore lost £200

Fast and prompt

Paid a premium for Saturday delivery only to be informed that the sender, smokers-choice, have provided incorrect details, £15 out of pocket and nothing to show for it for the intended event. Guess it will turn up at some point.

The vapes are not good at all. When they arrived 2 of the pods didnt work from the start. Then after using a couple of the other ones a few times the pods stopped working. So 4 pods stopped working already after hardly any use. Havent even tested the others yet now.
