I placed an order on June 14, 2023 and still waiting to receive it. Tried contacting them numerous times and given the run-around.
This is a scam. Stay away.

I almost got tricked by this company. I got to the website to purchase six cartons but something was odd about the graphic presentation. After the selection, I tried to check out but I decided to change the brand and I deleted the purchase, and still gave me the same amount. I did my research and I found you good people warning others to not fall into this scam. I really appreciate it.

Placed an order dec 2022. Never received items. Requested refund. C/S assured me it was going through for processing. Checking back 5 wks later and was advised it didnt process. Now 5 months later, no product, no refund, no RESPONSE from this company. Avoid unless you like donating to useless organizations.
Update 6-5-2023 I finally received a check in the mail from the processor (AlphaProData) today. I also found out that this organization is located in Moldavia. (Can we say near Ukraine.) More info for you to make a good decision.

They are kind support and response very quickly.

I Ordered from smokers-mall like 4 times. I received my order the first 3 times no problem, in about a month. The last time I ordered I did not receive anything. The tracking info showed it arrived at customs in new york, but never left customs. I assume it was confiscated? Not sure, since its not illegal to order tobacco online, or import small amounts for personal use. Anyway, the site is not 100% a scam or anything, but your order can be taken by customs.

I have been using this store for over a year now. Never had a single issue. Their customer service is excellent! Takes around 3 weeks to receive your product but for the price it is well worth the wait. I will continue to use Smokers Mall until I quit smoking. Thank you Smokers Mall!

I got yet another round of tobacco from smokers-mall, 3 cartons - Vogue Super Slims Menthol they are awesome. They showed up in the time I expected roughly 3 weeks. The product is perfect. The price is super low. Their customer service is excellent, and I received tracking info. This site is legit, I highly recommend them. I plan to buy more Vogue cigarettes from them. They are my goto company for my favorite Vogue smokes. Thank you so much.

Ordered mid January and it has been excuse after excuse as to why we never received our order. I truly believe they are scammers!
Be warned and don’t buy from this company!

Scammers - stay way. I ordered from them months ago. Did not receive my order. Just got a phone call saying they could not refund my money. Then the guy on the phone started changing the subject.

I purchased from this company a few years ago, and had much the same experience as the other reviewers: ordered a product, waited weeks and weeks, and it didn't show up. All the while I was being given all kinds of excuses about stock shortages, parcels being returned damaged, USPS's website being broken, and so on... Fortunately, I issued a chargeback on the last day of the 60-day window and received my money back from the CC company—at which point I received an angry email from the customer service representative saying that this "wasn't a good way to do business." The audacity is pretty hilarious, in hindsight... :) Needless to say, the whole company is obviously a scam and you should not even think about ordering from them.

I too was ripped of for $336 by Smokers Mall.com. Given the run around since Sept 2, 2020. It's now Dec. 9, 2020. Went to my bank and no recourse since its over 60 days. AND, I'm sure they KNOW that!

Going on 14 months since I placed my order, 8 months since I asked for a refund, thinking their "100% Guarantee" was legit. This site has stopped all correspondence with me...no longer answers my e-mails. For a senior in his 70's with Social Security being my main income, I can't afford being ripped off for $210.00.

I can’t believe our/ their government don’t track this company down and put them behind bars for robbing the consumers.

Yes I too have been scammed & refused to give a refund. Saying covid delays for 4 months. Gives a usps tracking # but never sent it to them to deliver. Response is always "be patient"

I ordered 2 cartons on February 2, 2019, It still not received. I sent them many mails for inquiry but their responses were all the same, just let you wait instead of issuing refund. Is it scam?

Same experience as everyone else who has posted. I’m out $206 that I’ll never see again from an order placed almost a year ago. One poster mentioned a wire fraud claim. Certainly would like to know how to file one & if that’s a viable route. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Dont do it unless you want to throw your money away. Filing wire fraud charges on Wednesday.

got me for $468 10 months ago. same run around stories. they recently stopped responding to emails

InSmokers mall totally ripped me off they responded for a while telling me that things were hung up. Now two years later after I quit smoking I want my money back and requested it I hear nothing from them they will gladly take your money and give you NOTHING in return.

This is the WORST company. I ordered in August 2019. Still no product, still no refund.
