I would like to thank Eimeren who has been very proactive in dealing with the admin requirements during the time I have been dealing with Smooth Sale.
Eimeren has been very proactive in her roll, she has quickly responded to any questions and having acted on the email she has quickly responded with answers or whatever else is required having given her replies. She is a credit to the Company and I have personally thankd her and made her aware of how glad our time thus far has been. I have every confidence that the remainder of our time will continue in the same way. Eimeren I truly thank you.

The responses of everyone involved at SmoothSale were always prompt, friendly and efficient. I would recommend their services to anyone considering appointing SmoothSale to assist in a property sale.

If I was selling another house Smoothsale would be the first people I would ring. From start to finish I found all whom I dealt with to be very efficient, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Even if they were busy on the line when you rang them they would ring you back as soon as they possible could. I would give them 10 stars not five. Ben, Dan, Fil, Sophie are all but a few I can say are a credit to the company.

As I needed to sell my home quickly, I invested my time with smoothsale. I spoke to a polite gent called Ryan. Great service, answered all the questions I had, the sale of my property couldn’t have gone any smoother. Very attentive Ryan. I was a little sceptical at first having a sale fall through on my property which knocked my confidence, but Ryan gave me the confidence back, I can’t thank him enough! Credit to your company!

Amy was very kind and helpful and guided through this unfamiliar process. She kept us regularly updated and was always friendly and polite. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SmoothSale to others and, in particular, Amy. Thanks for a great service

Excellent service from an excellent company. With a special mention to Amy who helped make the onboarding process as simple and smooth as possible as it was my first time selling a house. She was always at the other end of the phone to answer any questions and I was kept informed through every step of the process.

Despite filling in the on-line form with ALL details including the price of our property, (the website does not mention a price limit... even when you fill your property price in) AND having a telephone conversation with one of their 'Property Specialists' followed by an email saying the following..... Enclosing your Cash offer.... I am pleased to be able to offer you a cash price of £xxxxxx when we rang back to accept we were told that the necessary forms would be emailed in 3 or 4 mins. 24 hours later, nothing had arrived. Phoned again, the two people I had dealt with by then were not available, yet another person would ring me .... he did.claimed to be the MD after saying one of the Directors. To tell me the first person had made a mistake... he was quite new and they did not buy property at our price level. ....this new person according to LinkedIn had been there almost 18 months! So having raised our hopes, and given us confidence to start talking to a vendors agent for our next property, we were just told the above and that was it! Sorry...nothing else. After a heated conversation we were offered 'a few hundred pounds' by way of apology, as long as we didn't leave a bad review. I would never touch this company again. No confidence in them whatsoever.

Whenever I phoned up the person on the other end was always kind, friendly and helpful. I want to thank Dan and Sophie for always going the extra mile snd delivery the personal touch and also to the team working with them, thank you for being so fantastic 😀

Fantastic service from Ryan at Smoothsale. I was initially a little hesitant to go down this route, but I had 2 sales fall through and needed to get things moving quickly. I did a bit of research online and found Smoothsale, made an enquiry and was contacted by Ryan. We had a discussion about my property and he assured me that he could help - he was right. The process was explained clearly and I was told upfront about how everything worked. Once I had been through the particulars with the team we completed shortly after and thankfully I managed to keep my onward purchase. Really pleased I went with Smoothsale, a big thanks to Ryan and the team for helping me out!

I found Smoothsale to be very straight forward and direct. In the initial negotiation there were no games or deceptions, everything was transparent and that encouraged me to go forward. What a fantastic company this is , Ben O’Brien was outstanding in helping me sell my inherited flat ,. It was an extremely difficult and complex sale , and Ben guided me through it with as much ease as possible , he was respectful, knowledgeable , and patient and was a calming influence when I was getting stressed he made something almost unsaleable into something saleable and saved my sanity more than once ! Thankyou Ben for everything, keep up the good work!
