Driver in the ford ranger needs to retake his test. Nearly ran me off the road as he was in the wrong lane, and then doubled down on this, thinking that he was right, swearing and trying intimidate.

Very professional service from start to finish, from accessing a quote to the finished repair an excellent service. Person who repaired the chip was helpful re letting it dry and not catching it etc. Was advised as high gloss it might not be a perfect match (which was good to know) however its position (top of door freezer) made it easier to match - it’s not noticeable at all and we are 100% satisfied

I’m very happy with the repair to a spidery crack in my bathroom basin.
First contacts with the company were very good - quick clear responses.
The engineer who called was very polite, a good communicator and most importantly - he sealed and disguised the crack so that it looks like it was never there.

Absolutely do not deal with Snag Doctor Worcester - Mark spoke to me in a very sexist way and he also repaired the broken shower tray in my bathroom atrociously, we wish we had replaced it.. no communication with him since and he does not respond. Multiple phone calls from my husband.. do not use this company

Had an amazing experience today with Snag Doctor North West.

The technician's name was Ricky. He was here to repair damage to my windows, worktop and sink.

The job he did was fantastic!

My wooden windows had drill holes in them, as well as other damage. He filled, sanded, sprayed etc and they now look as good as new.

He also repaired my worktop, by blending paint to a perfect match.
(No mean feat, as it is a mottled, concrete effect.) Again, absolutely no sign that there was ever any damage.)

Finally, he repaired my sink by spraying lacquer coating onto it.
There is absolutely no sign of the scratches now.

As well as doing a great job on these repairs, Ricky was respectful of my property and a really nice, genuine guy.

I will recommend Snag Doctor North West and Ricky in particular to all my friends.

I had a burn on a worktop. I contacted Snagdoctor who replied immediately, gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled the work for a few days later. Steven came to repair the worktop and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this very professional company.

I’ve used Snag Doctor twice now in recent months and both repairs have been fantastic. One was for a gloss laminate worktop which are notoriously difficult to fix and the other was for a scratched bath.
Communication was great from both the office staff and repair engineers who attended.

Mark was great from first message. He was easy to contact via WhatsApp, quickly arranged a visit to look at the damaged item and gave a fair quote.

From initial contact to the repair being made was under two weeks, a week of that was me deciding to go ahead with the work. He was reliable and did what he said he would do. Very happy with the repair and overall service. Would happily use Mark again for any other mishaps!

Job description given, and price agreed Jon visited our home ten days after the initial enquiry was made and he was both professional and courteous from the start.
