Rob did such a thorough job on the snagging of our new home, even using a drone to check all the roof (and found issues). He was so quick to respond to all of my questions and was extremely helpful throughout.

Rob provides first class service. He has a drone to check the roof so he found there are lots of wastes at the gutter. He is professional and provides a easy understand report. Thank you very much for his service!

Rob was thorough with the snag survey. He even discovered the scratches to the external glazing in our front door and windows. He has a drone to check to rooftops and thermal scanners to check the walls and windows for cold air leak. He offered professional advice with regards to the unfinished turf. To top it all, I received the snag list on that same day he did the survey. I am really happy with his services.

Rob has been amazing from start to finish. It was easy to book a snag in with the Snagged team, they arrived promptly, and spent a good few hours (I think four) doing a very thorough inspection of my property. After they left, they wrote the report up and got this over to me within 24 hours. The descriptions in the report were clear, and had images to back up the faults.

I can't recommend them enough. I had issues with the developer accepting some of the faults, and Rob kindly put together a very thorough and detailed response for me to send to them, along with a table citing evidence from NHBC on why it needs to be dealt with.

Rob was very thorough in his snagging and clearly has many years experience. He was able to re-arrange the appointment several times due to hiccups along the way, from my house purchase point of view.

Rob arrived on time and was very professional, pleasant, courteous and respectful (he put on overshoes without being asked!). The inspection was conducted with minimal fuss and was unintrusive. On completion, he provided feedback and clear explanation of problems and, where necessary, possible solutions. The report was received the same evening and was concise and contained very clear images, including those taken from drone, that highlighted the issues to be addressed.
Overall very satisfied, Rob was very helpful and willing and I would highly recommend him and his service.

Rob was amazing. A friend who also used him recommended him as we both bought a new build at a similar time. I brought my house from Linden homes and Snagged came in to complete a survey. They found 98 issues with the house including a really serious structural one on the loft. Linden have literally removed my entire roof to fix the issue. Really grateful for Snagged and I would recommend.

Rob visited our home on Sunday morning as agreed and did a thorough snagging inspection.
