I had a great experience with snap.hr as a candidate. I was contacted by lots of employers keen to interview me and I followed up a few of these. My contact at snap.hr provided timely feedback and responses to my messages. I would not hesitate to use them in future.

I was tired of the job hunt process, until I found snap.hr!

I sometimes feel that some agents never really have your best interests at heart. An alternative is a more focused approach by finding individual companies then reaching out to them - but this is very slow-moving.

Finding snap.hr is a godsend and a great mix of an abundance of companies and availability! Here we can see all the companies and positions available that match my criteria and talk to their internal representatives directly - effectively cutting out the middle man.

I was able to easily find companies and positions that align with my next job requirements - without any hassle. Companies will contact you if they see a fit and occasionally snap.hr will send potential matches that may be of interest also.

Snap.hr is akin to a career fair; where you get the chance to meet and interact with the company directly. I highly recommended using snap.hr!

Using snap, I have been able to find a great company that matches my outlook!

I was able to receive amazing offers from Snap.hr. It does have more opportunities for experienced professionals than freshers. My assigned Talent Manager Simon Ana was exceptional. He forwarded my profile to all the relevant job posts he came across in snap.hr, asked me my opinions on these job offers, called me regularly to give me updates and see where these processes were going. It made the whole thing a lot smoother. If you looking for a job, sign up to it. Its a great place.

Avoid. CV spammers

So it seems Snap.hr like to create a "profile" for you, and spam it out to companies without your consent.

This week, they decided to scrape my info, and send it out to who knows how many companies, the first indication I had was when I was deluged with email notifications saying "company x wants to speak to you"

Snap.hr will do want they want with you personal data

This company has a really BIG issue when treating personal data. I have had many issues in the past where my personal information has been shared with external companies.
My profile, being deactivated, has been activated several times without my personal consent, putting my profile in the market.
I asked formally to be removed from their systems, and they still put my profile on the market when they feel they want.
Don't use this company, is a joke when dealing with personal data. And if you don't want to give explanations to your current boss about these kind of situation I recomend you to avoid this at all cost.

Great experience all around. I guess it works!

Really enjoyed using this platform. There was a high frequency of employers getting in touch with you which really kept me in the loop of me finding potential new roles. I did eventually manage to find one thanks to Simon and Parvine who really did a good job at keeping me updated throughout each application process.

Well recommended!

I had a great experience with Snap.hr. I just started looking for a job and got in touch with my employer through Snap.hr within 20days. I really like the role I am in and all thanks to this portal.

Found no relevant roles on the site

The search options are more limited than other recruitment sites, and searching for Team Lead roles I found far fewer listings and none which were suitable for my skills, unlike on various other sites. Additionally, despite only returning less than 90 entries for a search of 'Lead' several of the roles were several months old, so even the limited number they did return seemed to have been padded with obsolete entries.

The site was pretty fast, but it's not hard to do that when you have few entries to represent and limited search functionality or information about roles.

Pointless. Even working with recruiters is better option. My niche is Ruby/Rails developer, where is a lot of demand from employees in London, but no actual leads found here. Recruitment is not about "tech stuff" it's all about sourcing active leads (from both sides) and facilitating/supporting communications. Looks like place where some job adverts copy-pasted from outdated job board :)

Not so useful as adverted.

When agents from Snap.hr came to me I mentioned I need a visa but my profile was created as not need a visa. Besides having a field to inform if the company is offering a visa sponsorship there is no way to use this to filter the search. The seniority level filter is useless.
