I enjoy using Snap Kitchen because it’s real easy to choose meals and heat them up especially when working on my feet all day. My husband enjoys the steak and salmon dishes and I enjoy the Italian and chicken dinners. The chocolate sea salt pie is a delightful. They also deliver on a certain day I asked for.

Great choices, and great customer service. Mikayla and Ricoh are wonderful and take care of the customers! Thank you !! Love the food and ease of pick up.
A few item,
1. Love the Barbeque chicken tenders! Thank you
2. Love the individual Chicken and Salmon proteins!
3. Love the Salmon choices.
4. Love the individual cauliflower & Broccoli items.
5. Please make sure that the broccoli is cut into bit-size pieces versus a large stalk. This will make eating healthy meals on the go quicker and easier for handicapped individuals with dexterity issues.
6. Please review your Chicken Terrikayi and the Buddha bowl and how much shredded carrots are used. There are times when you open the meal and it the vegetables are only shredded carrots and 2 pieces of broccoli. For the prices of the meal, this should be a balanced amount.
7. The Stir Fry Chicken meal for 4 - please check the broccoli as it was going bad and again the number of carrots used was out of ratio to the broccoli. The price of the meal should warrant more broccoli versus shredded carrots.
8. The Lemon Roasted Salmon, an absolute favorite, however for the price there should be more peas included in the rice.
9. The Broccoli Parmesan was recently changed to a meal for 4 versus the smaller size and the price doubled. Please consider bringing back the smaller size as doubling the price seems too high and one cannot eat that much broccoli before it goes bad. This is even if you portion it out.

Snap delivers healthy, delicious food to your door! They're easy to heat, high quality, gluten free, and taste amazing!

Food may be good but it takes a while to ship (they use inexpensive ground shipping) and it’s suspect how long they say things like fish will stay good for. The USDA says fish lasts max 4 days but their fish somehow lasts 7+ and even more when it takes 3-4 days to ship it to you.

I use Snap Kitchen as my main meal source for lunch and dinner. Their meals are so big I use only 1/2 at a time. I love their variety and the good nutrition I receive. As a single person who is not wanting to cook single meals Snap Kitchen has been a life saver. Thanks!!!!

The quality, the ability to portion size, the great choices all helped me lose 70 lbs in 7 months! Ty snap kitchen!!! I'm 8 lbs away from my goal and know you will be there to help me maintain this!

Incredibly friendly staff. I trust the ingredients and recipes to be clean, healthy ingredients with taste that is absolutely unbeat. I've used many different meal prep services, and so far this is my favorite. Thank you for offering reliable service and products.

If you like doing business with robots then go ahead. I contacted them way before my order even shipped asking them to please move my order to the following week due to the fact that I had to go out of town to deal with a family medical emergency. Things happen in life and they are stressful enough to deal with. I did not want a box full of food to be left to rot in front of my door in Houston's summer heat for 5 days. I simply asked as a one time thing to move my order to next week due to extra ordinary circumstances... this is the first time I have ever felt with such a heartless company. They absolutely did not care about the situation and told me that even though the food was not going to be shipped for days it didn't matter they wouldn't budge and won't move the delivery date. I'm a business owner as well and I always try to help my customers and be understanding. Snap kitchen is all about hiding behind certain policies and they do not care of their customers need a little help in case something unexpected happens to them. I did not ask for a refund, simply to ship it later. I was told a categoric NO! So I cancel my subscription and a box of food will rot in front of my door for the next 5 days while I'm in the hospital with a family member ... thanks Snap kitchen , I will NEVER give them my business again.

My review is less about snapkitchen than it is about OnTrac, but both meal deliveries from OnTrac that I received when subscribed to snapkitchen were days late which is unacceptable for perishable meals.

Doesn't matter how good the meal service is if they use a shipper that is constantly days late.

I cant even give this a one star,meals are3/4 the size of other plans. If you eat like a bird youll be happy as hell. Photos on there site doesnt represent what you get.I have 2 other meal plans that are 100 times better,dont waste your time or money - check out Freshly and fresh meal plan more food for same money.

Ordered for my elderly parents; had never used SnapKitchen before and wanted to try it. They were not impressed and did not want me to send again. So, I went to the website to cancel subscription and there is absolutely no option for me to do that. Makes me wonder if this is a way to continue sending meals and charging card until you figure out how to stop it.

Good selection of meals - tastes great and super easy to heat up quickly. I grab them for breakfast on the way to work, and for healthy lunches. Sometimes even dinner on the way home if I don't feel like cooking for my family. Highly recommend the bison chili! Try it for portion and calorie control too.
