Not only was he patient and friendly throughout, but he demonstrated an incredible determination and grit to resolve my problem. Well all l can say is AMAZING. Snappy Host is terrific only been with them for a few days, had a number of issues when the sites were bought over non of which were caused by Snappy Host but Tom, Luke and Mark ( I'm sorry if l missed anyone ) all went above and beyond to help me. They fixed an issue that l had had for over two years with Oxygen builder. If you want fast helpful service as well as lightening fast websites seriously look no further.

After having had bad customer service experience in the past, I opted for the monthly payment plan with Snappy Host instead of the yearly plan. I was really pessimistic about them when I started using them.

Honestly, my fears were unfounded. I have found the team at Snappy Host to be very helpful. A quick chat message/email and they are on the ball resolving any issues or support needs I have. They do not have a long complicated process in trying to reach them. Even if someone is not available on the chat outside of working hours, I know that someone would get back to me as soon as they can.

I wish them all the best but at the same time I hope that when the company grows, they maintain the level of service that I have come to appreciate
