Saw the on line review of chargers so I ordered. Emailed to ask for a refund after 9 days having read the revues. No reply but two days later it arrived. It seems better quality and quicker to charge than the one I had to purchase from Argos to use due to the delay. Very pleased with the product but disappointed that delivery was not as quick as they claim.

Not sure why theres so many bad reviews. Ordered on the 10th March and arrived within a week as advertised. Ordering process was simple. Product as advertised. Having a 10m cable is handy, every other product I've seen is only 5m.

I asked support for updates and responded within a day with tracking links.

Despite the significant number of negative reviews - which I only read after I had purchased the charger - my experience was somewhat better many others.

However, delivery was slow. I ordered the charger on 18th February; it was delivered on 10th March. (I emailed the company on 5th March to ask when I might expect delivery and received a courteous reply within 48 hours.)

The charger itself works beautifully and I have no concerns about the build quality or safety of the unit.

I would give a zero if I could. I fell for dodgy online review which gave a link to purchase from this site SnapVLT. Total con artists. 'UK' company (front for money laundering probably. Item turned up but no EU/UK kite marks. Called trading standards about the charger they advised under no circumstances should I plug the charger either into socket or car as highly dangerous. I am not tech minded but apparently it needs some safety ref no IP66 or 67. Getting nowhere on refund from company. Plus no returns slip/receipt etc Trading Standards now involved and both sites reported. Will see if bank will refund.

Money gone and no sign of any product

Website operates as a UK company and product, delivery is from China and the product is not safe for UK use.

The cost of this item from Snapvlt.co.uk is £128, the very same item (NEW ENERGY AC CHARGER TYPE 2), can be purchase from eBay.co.uk for £60 or less. I can confirm that I did receive my item, however, it remains untested and I therefore cannot vouch for it.

I would still read the gist of my original review below, but you could have knocked me over with a feather today when the EV charging cable arrived!! It is as advertised and I used it last night and it worked very well. Having said that I would not risk it again given the alternatives out there and previous customers experiences.

Do not trust the review on keepairgood comparison sight, which had snap vlt as best portable charger..
I ordered an ev charger on this recommendation, but following that I tried to use email link and it just bounced back - can’t work out what the company is with hindsight.
I sent 10 emails to snap vlt support and never once received a reply. I requested a refund - no reply.
I did eventually get a reply giving shipping details.

The charger arrived within 6 days, from China much to my surprise and relief after reading the reviews.
Great construction and functionality. Sorry other people didn't receive there orders. I must have been one of the lucky ones.

This presents as a U.K. company, but isn’t. I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. They sent the wrong product and are unwilling to refund. Having to go through my bank for a refund.

I placed an order for ev charger, got confirmation it was received and payment charged to my card. In few days I sent an email asking how long it would take, got a strange bot answer to be patient. Only then I thought of checking them out (yeah, foolish of me). Sent them cancellation email, twice, but apparently they blocked me. Now taking it to my bank to claim refund.

Purchased a home ev charger, received a message saying order incomplete, reapplied the order to find that my order had went through. As a result I have paid for two charges for ev cars

Some time ago I ordered the Snapvlt car charger, but never received it. All my attempts to get their support, and eventually a refund failed. Be ware; snapvlt.co.uk is without doubt in my opinion a fraudulent entity, and if you search you will see that I am not alone. I had to make a claim via VISA to get my money back.

Cant contact them do not send goods trying to get money back and reporting as a scam when yo email you get exact same reply do not be fooled into buying from them like i was
