Excellent knowledge and communication throughout the process of ordering and discussing the suitability of parts for my vehicle. I collected the parts in person and again face to face contact with the sales agent to conclude the sale is friendly and personal. First stop shop for E type parts.

The purchase was not described correctly. I incurred excessive customs fees. The purchase should have been described as maintenance product. Not auto part. The duty came to more than the purchase price of the itemm.

I find your postage and packaging could do with review. If a very small part like a seal, clip, nut, washers, particularly if the item has a lesser value than £6.99, it could save cost to pop them into a jiffy packet. It seems overkill to use a large box and wadding. It does make me cringe to see such small items packed in this way, let alone the excessive cost of packing materials.

Generally a great business experience with 2 provisos - one suspension part incorrectly listed requiring contact
- when proceeding with a purchase, there is no back button if a mistake is found just before payment - at this point the only way is to close down the connection and start again

Fantastic service from the knowledgable and helpful sales staff combined with an extensive stock for sale at reasonable prices all makes for a winning combination.
Such a shame that they don't use Royal Mail for small items - a small rubber bush cost a lot because it was delivered via DHL, whereas it could have been slipped in an envelope and delivered first class the next day for a lot less cost.

Long time to gett the paked, and DHL send a eks. bill on 58£ for the transport in Norway

J’ai commandé début décembre 2025 une pièce P_AJ85884_A et réglé 72 euros. La pièce devait être commandée mais n’est toujours pas disponible le 14 janvier et aucune nouvelle de la société qui se dédouane littéralement en m’écrivant que je ne suis pas le seul dans ce cas. J’ai donc demandé le remboursement mais là encore pas de réponse . J’espère que ceux qui ont commandé cette pièce vont également manifester leur mécontentement. Je trouve cette façon d’agir totalement inacceptable voir limite frauduleuse.
