Snibbs clogs are recommended by serious eats and food and wine as the number one shoe for chefs. I can’t see how this is even remotely possible. I was so excited to try them. I received them, tried them on and couldn’t believe how uncomfortable they were. My toe smashed into the front yet they were somehow the right length. They are quite wide too so if I bought a 1/2 size larger they would be way too wide. They feel like cheap plastic with absolutely no cushion. The same as crocs but $100 more. Some reviewers state they can stand in this shoe for long hours and it’s like walking on a cloud. Unless clouds have now been redefined as cheap plastic painful torture devices with no support then sure. I’m also not the only person on trust pilot who has had the same exact experience.
I now wonder how much they paid food and wine to give this shoe a top rating.

I purchased sip on, non-slip shoes. There was no arch support, leading to foot cramping after shifts. The non-slip feature wasn't very good, as I could get some traction on wet/greasy surfaces, but on dry surfaces, very little traction, causing me to, you know, slip. They were not slip on shoes, as I had to untie them to squeeze my foot into the VERY tight opening. After putting them on a few times, the back of the shoe became scrunched down making them very uncomfortable to wear. They advertise that their shoes were designed by chefs. I'd like to know who specifically so I can avoid their restaurants at all costs!!

Returned the shoes in less than two weeks. The shoes didn't fit. There was no contact number. Gave tracking number, order number, address, date of delivery. Company has not given me a refund. I have not received $180 for the shoes I returned unborn. This Company steals money.

Wish I'd read these reviews before buying two pairs. Fortunately, I did PAY for their return free thing for almost $7 and they are being returned. The shoes looked nice but were stiff. Someone explain to me why the tongue of the shoe which was very stiff was cutting right into the front of my leg/ankle. Don't know who "the foot doctor" is that designed these but maybe he needs to go back to school.

I bought these on Amazon and they sent the wrong size, an 8. I ordered 8.5 which was available. The snibbs website says out of stock for 8.5 womens spacecloud. Snibbs has 8 available but not 8.5! I have an old pair size 8.5 and I love them but after 3 years its time for a new pair. Snibbs why don't you have 8.5? How long does this take before they become available? I gave 3 stars until its available again.

These are the worst shoes ever. They were comfortable for about 3 to 4 weeks. I only work 15 to 20 hours a week.
I had a bunch of co workers buy them when they were B1G1free. They are all complaining about their feet hurting.
I went to Famous Footwear and bought sketchers for B1G150% off. Way more comfortable and a lot less money.

DO NOT BUY SNIBBS!! I wanted to like the shoes I've bought from Snibbs so much that after the first pair didn't fit I bought another size of the same shoes and I'm disappointed this second pair doesn't fit either. So now I have two pairs of Snibbs that I can't wear and unable to return. I bought the first pair with a lot of things keeping me busy, like the new job I bought the shoes for. By the time I was able to get on the Snibbs site it was too late to return them, they have not been worn outside. This second pair I wore for two days at work trying desperately to make them work since I really had high hopes for Snibbs. Both days I didn't make it through the work day without taking them back off. I wear a size 8.5 and the reviews said the shoes run small, so for the first pair I bought a 9 and they are too big. The second pair is 8.5 and they are so small it felt like my toes could burst out the front. Snibbs was a pricy investment for me but the shoes sounded like everything I was looking for in a pair of shoes. I normally only pay about a third of the price of Snibbs for my work shoes and they fit perfectly. Stick with Dr. Scholl's! With the horrible customer service (or lack there of) I can't see Snibbs being around long.
P.S. - Just like a bad joke after I emailed Snibbs and got NO RESPONSE from them I got the following email:

Fantastic customer service and great shoes. I have multiple pairs and they are built to last and look great.

The shoes are horrible, don't feel like they will hold up and they don't fit well, feel loose. I went to return and they are charging $13 for shipping back to them and not refunding the taxes charged! What a joke! Don't take the chance on these! It's NOT worth it!

These shoes seem perfect at first but sadly they don’t live up to the hype. I bought my shoes on August 10 and they were completely useless by January. The soles had no traction and holes were forming after 5 months!! These shoes are WAY too expensive to only last 5 months. I’ve worked in the service industry for more than 20 years and these shoes had to be replaced in the shortest period of all the shoes I’ve ever owned.

THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AND THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND ME, I contacted because Their site didn’t put the coupon code and if they could stop the order and I would reorder with the coupon again, I contacted immediately and I didn’t hear from their site and it said that they were online but they were closing customer service in 58 minutes I waited and never heard back from them until the next day when It was shipped So the customer representative said that they couldn’t do anything because it was shipped when I said I contacted before and said nothing could be done but then contacted them through text and they refunded the coupon difference but then the other agent that I contacted via email stopped the deliver and made UPS return the items I didn’t get the items at all and I opened a case with PayPal because I didn’t receive a total refund and now they emailed me to close the case with PayPal but PayPal recommended me not to close the case until I get a refund or resolve it with them, shady company trying to keep my money and I have emails showing this I can easily post their terrible customer service everywhere online and I will if this is not resolved

Ordered them in the size 12 that I wear . Plenty of toe space and the big toe on my right foot is bent kinda upwards from being fractured . My feet are messed up from 5 years in the Marines and 30 years of the workforce so I need Great shoes or boots . These are kicka** shoes the most comfortable shoes I think I've ever owned matter of fact .

I just received mine and after 72 hours these were giving me pain on both my knees, now they are saying they won't take them back and refund me, I'm going to let the world know, not everyone's feet are the same, I have 3 pairs of sketchers that I swap weekly that's the biggest secret for working long hours without pain for me. I find very unpleasant that having some many claims they wouldn't take a pair back if they were not right for the customer. They should advertise that you shall use them with 2 pairs of socks and on a carpet before you could return them, seriously both knees with pain on same side (outer side of the knee cap. Won't recommend just because of this, everything else I loved about the shoes, hoped they would work for me, although won't spend another dime with them.,

This company makes the whole shopping experience fun. Their branding is hip and fun and their customer service was super helpful. The shoes themselves were exactly what they said they'd be, and I've so far recommended them to 3 of my nurse friends. Will definitely get more if they make more colors!
