Customer service department agreed a refund but said this would take 28 days - how this is possible in this day and age who knows?
1 and a half month’s later they ‘are chasing’ this refund.
I have to assume, based on my experience, that they are a super shady business selling sub-par products with a business model that relies on customers not checking their bank balance 28 days later. Avoid at all costs.
Perseverance paid off with dramatic improvement
Bought it about 2-3 weeks ago. Used the app for 3 days without the mouthguard to get a base line. Used it for aweek on the lowest setting. No improvement. Put it up one notch for a few days and marginal improvement. Put it up two notches. Instant dramatic improvement. All three measures much better. Ok it’s not enormously comfortable but well worth wearing. Not the cheapest but paying for adjustablity e worked for me

Har lige købt den og lavet afstøbning. Den dur slet ikke.. den glider af tænderne i overmunden, som om den er for lille til overmunden. Der er 2. Bideskinne jeg prøver og denne er dårligere end den 1.

Good luck to anyone who tries to enact their so called 30 day money back guarantee. Absolute nonsense.

After purchasing from Snoreeze, important emails regarding my order were sent to my spam folder. Snoreeze refused to accept any responsibility for this, despite never advising me to whitelist their email address.
Ironically, marketing and promotional emails were sent regularly without issue, while the emails that actually mattered were not flagged or highlighted properly. Customer service showed no willingness to acknowledge this or help resolve the situation.
Based on the lack of accountability and poor handling of a straightforward issue, I would not recommend this company.

Doesn't work and complete lack of customer service
So my husband purchased one of these, didn't fit comfortably but he tried it for the recommended week and tried remoulding it. Still couldn't get on with it. Tried to contact customer service but no response. He decided to purchase another. Exactly the same issue. We've since tried contacting customer service via their online form, email, Facebook and Instagram and no response what so ever. Not even an acknowledgement message. Complete waste of money and false advertisements with the whole 30 day money back guarantee or 60 day replacement offer. Shocking
Varning för värdelös snarkskena!
Köpte deras snarkskena för 499 kr på Apoteket. Den är totalt värdelös! Formen på skenan passar inte alls mina tänder! Man kunde ladda ner deras gratis snark-app, men den hade fått så urusla omdömen, så den ville jag inte ladda ner.
Refund still not received
I have bought the device in November and it's not working for me. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive and gave me the option to get a refund.
My issue is that it's now been 38 days and still haven't received money.
They said it would take up yo 28 days and 10 days later still nothing.
I have contacted them a d they said the 28 days it's approximate but the law actually says they should issue refunds within 14 days.
I am now contacting Consumers Rights and Citizens advice as this is an unacceptable situation where they don't care about people's money and think they can do whatever they want.

Jag är grymt besviken och har uppmanat återförsäljare att plocka ur varan ur sitt sortiment så inte fler blir lurade. Önskar att jag tittat på några recensioner innan jag köpte varan.
Mycket pengar för ingenting !

Produktet kunne ikke sidde fast på næsen uanset om jeg rensede huden meget ,,efter mange forsøg lykkedes det ,men da det skulle af var der store sår hvor det havde siddet , jeg brugte varmt vand før jeg tog det forsigtigt af det er spild af penge ,, køb ikke dette produkt ,,,

Apnéskenan är helt värdelös.

Den passar bara en viss storlek av bett och trots att den formar sig ganska bra efter tänderna så sitter den ändå inte kvar i bettet.
Största nackdelen är den höga leden mellan över- och underkäke som gör skenan mycket obehaglig att ha i munnen och kapar mer sömnlöshet än om man inte använder produkten.
Undvik att använda produkten.

Purchased this product and used for two nights. The mouthpiece completely fell apart and is not fit for purpose.

I bought Snoreeze from boots just over one week ago. The getting used to using a mouth guard was a challenge but I'm glad I stuck with it.
First 5 nights still snoring and my sleep scores were up to 79% . I read the advice on the app and adjusted the screws . Still not much better but having turned the screw nightly since the 79% score I've just had a remark from my husband that my snoring was remarkably better ( even after a few glasses of wine).
I'm now feeling extremely positive about this product. I was sceptical when I bought it but desperate for a solution to my extreme snoring. I'm glad I preserved and adjusted it .
No Sign of Refund Over a Month Later
After following the company’s refund procedure, I was emailed on 18/10/23 confirming that I would receive a refund ‘within 28 days’.
On 9/11/23, I emailed requesting an update on the refund and was told the refund takes ‘around 28 days’.
On 20/11/23 I received a response to a further email, advising that they have ‘chased the accounts department regarding your refund and asked if a credit could be made as soon as possible.’
This would suggest one of two things: I am either being lied to, which would warrant the star rating given alone, or their accounts department is so swamped with refund requests that they can’t process them within a 28 day window, which should tell you everything you need to know about their products.

Bought this item off ebay to sell on Amazon. (Look up FBA if you've never heard of this). Listed item to sell. Within couple hours had an email from someone from this company threatening to get police involved for selling their item and also accusing us that we may have STOLE this item from boots who apparently have "exclusive" rights to sell. Disgusting behaviour from a company but companies such as this get away with such behaviour because they have the money behind them.

Ingen virkning
Jeg har i nogen tid nu prøvet næsespray sammen med oral strips, for at se om der kunne være nogen afhjælpning på min snorken.
Produkterne har INGEN virkning haft.
Så konklusionen herfra er, at det er spild af penge.
Jeg hverken ryger eller drikker, og jeg træner regelmæssigt, og er i god form
