Took over a week longer to receive the curtains then I was told it would. When they were finally here, the had many flaws in them. Took pictures and attempted to call SnowCity. 'Wendy' was not available and never returned the call. Then emailed. It has been over a week and we never heard back. After this issue I read the BBB's complaints against them. Wish I would have read them first!

We purchased several large teal blue double grommet panels for an area that sees maybe 2-3 hours of sun per day. Within 5-6 weeks they were completely faded on parts of the panels that were facing outward when the curtains were fully open and tied back.

I just want to thank Snow City! What was once a pipe dream of enclosing my porch with curtains, is now a reality thanks to Snow City.
The curtains are high quality, and beautiful. Not to mention affordable.
I bought the waterproof top and bottom grommet, and hung them outside the railing to prevent billowing in on the porch during windy weather.
My customer assistant Bunny, was wonderful. My emails were answered promptly, if not immediately and I couldn't be happier.
If I had any complaint at all, it would be that some of my curtains faded in the sun. I bought black. It was the southern exposure and so I suppose that should be expected. It probably would not be an issue with lighter colors though.
I will recommend them to anyone who asks me about the curtains and passer by are always commenting on them.
I'm just so happy with them and I'm sure your experience will be the same.

Poor customer service they do not get back in touch with you and the return policy is up the behind they need to come better than this that means the merchandise is poor quality.. I need to change the return policy

The product is well made and very soft to the touch. I will work well on our pergola. Highly recommend.

We bought our curtains in May of last year (10months) and almost all of the curtains are losing the plastic rings that hold them on the curtain rod. We have contacted Snowcity multiple times and they refuse to do anything about it. They didn't even offer a discount to buy new ones. NOTHING. They said the 45-day return window is the warranty period. Absolutely terrible that we spend around $200 and they don't even last a year. Horrible customer service. BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND

I purchased the Blue and they are already horribly faded. How does an outdoor curtain fade? Has anyone else had this experience? I’m waiting for the company to contact me.

I ordered 4 custom panels and 2 were wrong, they said it was my mistake and they will not refund my money. BAD customer service with Lynn at the company, i have filed a complaint with the better business bureau on this company and saw that they have many other complaints filed.

Excellent Waterproof outdoor curtains! I bought a pair to control the wind-driven snow and rain in my side yard. Worked perfectly! They held up under 60 MPH winds without a single snag. My cats LOVE to lay in the lee of these curtains during a storm, rather than go into their heated cat houses out in the garage. I will be ordering more once I frame an area to block the view of my pool from the street. LOVE these curtains!!

The customer support was absolutely phenomenal. I inquired about a return and was quickly responded to, by an agent named Lynn. The ordering and delivery service was quick and convenient. Moving forward, I will definitely be doing service with this company again.

I ordered unsure of what I was going to receive well let me tell you these outdoor curtains are AMAZING! Excellent Quality I do mean Excellent, they are truly water resistant & I can honestly say they have sustained they weather. I put these early December & it’s now mid March and they are still Amazing. Shipping was really fast. This review is a true review I say this bcuz I do most of my shopping online & rely on accurate reviews. Love Love Love my outdoor curtains, now that the weather is changing I’ve already ordered the outdoor sheer panels that’s due to arrive in a few days! Super excited

Be careful with them in the sun. We purchased outdoor weather proof curtains in June of 2020 and by September they lost their color. Unfortunately Snowcity only has a one month refund policy due to bad quality.
We had curtains up before these for six years and this never happened (they finally just wore out). We really loved these curtains, the color was perfect and the material was heavy duty, unfortunately they don’t hold up in the sun, and where they were hanging was not very sunny. Maybe a few hours in the afternoon. It was more for privacy. But why have outdoor curtains if they can’t be in the sun! Also, if Snowcity knows the quality is bad, why do they sell them.

Great outdoor waterproof curtains of high quality - wonderful value. I have purchased from their site twice. Only negative is that shipping is slow.

I am very pleased that i decided to purchase my outdoor curtains from snowcityshop. I had ordered the wrong size on my second order and contacted them about a exchange. Not only did they work with me to get the right size they afforded to let me keep the order that i had messed up on. Having sent them back to them earlier in the week they said no problem and they picked up the shipping coast for my new order. i will be doing more business with them and gave them a referral to a few of my family members.

I finally got my curtains put up yesterday (I ordered waterproof sheers in the largest size possible) on my patio cover. I used rope and boat cleats in sort of a nautical theme, securing top and bottom of the sheers with the rope because it's quite windy. They were beautiful and, as I had hoped, they seemed to make my little patio area within the curtains lighter. It rained and was very windy last night. My furniture was perfectly dry this morning! The curtains were so light I wasn't sure they could handle the Pacific NW rain and wind, but they were perfect. I am going to buy two more for the sides. For anyone planning to do the same, I will be replacing my rope for dock line, because the rope sagged and stretched slightly when it got wet.
