SnowShepherd Reviews

Good kit, described accurately, delivered on time

Fast delivery and very good products !
Thank s

Quality product, as described and arrived on time

Lovely mittens, very comfortable pale grey, unfortunately had a black smudge dye on them

Its annoying that there is no tel number to talk to someone because my first order was delayed a little with no comms and no reply to my email, I was worried it was a drop shipping scam type of thing. but it turned up a week or so later.... the second order arrived 2 days later. The product seems good quality.

Gloves look warm, fit to size. Bought for skiing so not worn yet.
(delivered by bike - very green)

I've had my last 4 pairs of gloves from Snowshepard they are the best value on the market.

A great price and great jacket very fast delivery and well packaged

The gloves are great but I did email to ask why they'd arrived 2 days late & too late for the gloves to be used. I'm still waiting for a response.

Had to make a return of a product but the response exceeded my expectations. Great quality product with amazing customer service. What you need when buying online.

Prompt service, quickly delivered. I returned one product and it was hassle-free, important when buying clothing online.

Quality kit, I’ve had a pair of gloves for years, would highly recommend👍

Excellent service. I needed to change size of gloves. No fuss, just great service.

Great service when I got in contact to delay a delivery. Very helpful and the gloves are also an excellent product, very happy with them.

Great comms and quick shipping. Helped me exchange my order really quickly and the customer service is great. On top of that the glove quality is second to none, amazing. Thanks!

I originally ordered a pair of gloves for my wife and when they arrived they were too big, I returned them and asked for assistance to source the correct size, after emails, photos and sending out at least two more pairs we finally have the correct size.
Nothing was too much trouble for Brandon and his team, they were extremely helpful, also the quality of the gloves are excellent and reasoanbly priced. I would highly recommend using this company.
Thanks
Pete

Great service and really happy with the quality. Excellent leather and great value for money. Highly recommended. Other products look great too.

Brilliant! Absolutely love them. Looking forward to trying out in the wild soon. The craftsmanship and quality are so impressive. Don’t doubt these will last a long time!

Purchased the 3 finger mittens and Guide Pro mittens. Sizing as per their website was perfect.

Be interest to testing out the rest of the clothing range to see how that compares!

Communication was excellent and answered any questions I had. Really quick postage and dispatch.

Really happy customer.

I have been operating in the Scottish Mountains in all weathers for over 34 years, I’ve worked and operated in the Cairngorms the only place in the UK that resembles arctic conditions, the highest wind speeds for the UK were recorded here, I completed my winter ml here and and handle ice axes, ropes, and wet snow and rock….these for me are the best valued gloves on the market, they are warm, reliable and when I say this I speak on behalf of many Scottish mountain guides.

I actually ordered the wrong size. So I phoned them, and they sent me the correct ones. That's pretty good customer service by any measure.
Any way, about the gloves. As a ski instructor I need really good gloves. Waterproof, warm, resilient to hard use and above all, all day comfort. Well Snow Shepherd gloves fit the bill in every area.
They are also a British company, with exceptional customer service. They are just very friendly people.
Finally the price. They areca fraction of the price of other ski instructor gloves, retaining all the quality.
