Very Bad Experience – Dashboard Not Working
I had a very bad experience with this platform. When I try to access the dashboard, the page shows the following error message:
“An Error has occurred – Wrong link: no id passed.”
Because of this, I’m unable to continue using the platform normally.
I even tried contacting their support on WhatsApp, but there has been no response at all. The support service is extremely poor.
Please do not use this website. It simply does not work properly and you will end up wasting your money.

No tools works after you pay them.
Totally a waste of money, they have charged us with their subscription and then till now for straight 1 month i haven't got the benefit of the plan I have paid for. Nothing is working, their platform works for just 15 minute time a day, and the tools they mentioned don't work at all. Also, their support is very irresponsible, didn't even got my refund & also no implementation on their platform. A totally fraudulent company.

I purchased a full one-year subscription, and the service has been nothing short of unacceptable. Social Forest has been down for more than a month, and now there’s an entirely new issue — my ID won’t even open. I’ve attached screenshots as proof.
For the past month, I’ve been waiting patiently for your team to fix the problem, but there has been zero response on WhatsApp or any other support channel. At this point, it feels like the service has been completely abandoned.
I am giving your team 24 hours to either:
1. Issue a full refund for my annual subscription, or
2. Restore Social Forest immediately and reactivate WhatsApp support.
If neither of these actions occur within 24 hours, I will have no choice but to file a formal consumer complaint and escalate this matter further.

I have taken a 1 year subscription, most of the time your social forest is also closed, it has been closed for a month now and now there is a different problem, my id is not opening, screenshot is also given.
Today I have been waiting for a month but it has not started yet and no one is responding to my messages on whatsapp, so I am giving 24 hours to refund my payment for the year or else turn on social forest and whatsapp service, I will file a consumer complaint after 24 hours.

Worst platform the support is very bad and delayed the tools do not work most of the time they share sessions and credentials are always changing and things just do not work every at all. I bought the subscription and i regret it so much worst platform ever.

I want to warn everyone – do NOT buy subscriptions from unofficial websites claiming to give access to ChatGPT Pro or AI tools.
They offer access to multiple tools but don’t mention any of the restrictions. After you pay, you’ll realize:
You can’t use the tools properly because they’re shared with many people.
There’s no dedicated access.
When you raise a complaint, they blame you and don’t help at all.
It's a scam – you lose your money and get no proper service.

In 2023, my experience with the service was satisfactory; however, the quality has significantly declined since I purchased the yearly subscription. Many creators, including myself, initially opted for this platform due to its integration with providers like Envato, Freepik, and Motion Array. However, over the past six months, the service has been consistently unreliable. When I raise complaints, the support team responds and offers solutions, but these fixes are temporary, often lasting only a few hours. This has become a frustrating routine, requiring me to repeatedly report issues with various services being down.
As a result, my work has accumulated, causing significant delays. Despite paying for a full 365-day subscription, the service has been usable for what feels like only 200 days. There has been no compensation or refund offered for the downtime. Consequently, I have decided not to renew my subscription and would not recommend this service to others.

No proper customer support they have mentioned 24*7 customer support but when you buy the plan is shows only 11 am - 12 am and in fact they reply in 2-3 days.
