Had a problem with my address being wrong due to Apple Pay not being updated, I contacted so damn tanned by email and it was promptly changed, just started using the trip gel and extreme spray and I can already see a difference. Brilliant service and products.

Got to test the mango tango for free…
Got to test the mango tango for free with my extreme spray and I just LOVE LOVE LOVE it, reminds me of being on holiday and it’s not greasy like the wax type gels I’ve used in the past. A little went a long way so I’d suggest not to overdo it, I did at first and ended up having to wipe some off.

Worth Every Penny
The Extreme FOMO Bundle is worth every penny. My tan looks so dark but not unnatural. We were so happy with the results we even decided to stock the products at our salon.

Ordered for the first time two weeks…
Ordered for the first time two weeks ago and I am really happy with the results. The foam smells unreal. After just one sunbed seassion, mytan looked incerdible. Plus the delivery was lighting fast-I ordered on Tuesday, and it arrived on wednessday morning. Thanks a lot.

Best tanners by a long chalk.

cherry good cream
I ordered the cherry good cream. It smells absolutely awful. Nothing like Cherry's. Fake tan smells better than this stuff.
Edit. So as sodamntanned tried to get my review removed for being "not genuine"I thought I'd add more info. I ordered this product on May 21st. I paid for royalmail tracked 24. It took the company another 2 days to respond to my email saying my order had been dispatched. This was false information. I had the exact date of dispatch and it was over 24 hours after the email saying it'd been dispatched. Again the cherry good product smells of barely anything. Absolutely not cherries though! I'm quite happy to post pictures of my product along with the email correspondence from "Meg" and screenshots of my purchase. It is genuine and id recommend avoiding this company and their false 5* reviews.
I responded to sodamntanned emails and was happy with a refund and even sent my bank details. Because I declined their free samples that by the way do not work I used on holiday in gran canaria with uv rays of 11 and I didn't get any more tanned than I usually would. Id welcome my money back absolutely.

We would love to help you find something else if our cherry scent has not lived up to your expectations. Our cherry cream is very popular and great for sensitive skin, we make sure not to overdo it with the scents for all of our creams to ensure you get the best tan whilst keeping your skin hydrated and fresh. Using too much scent can lead to dry skin and in a lot of cases causes damage to acrylics used in the tanning studios which has been documented lots recently. Our ingredients feature natural cherry extracts unlike many brands who use cheap oil based scents that are the culprit for damaging horizontal tanning beds and drying out skin.
We would just like to clear a few things up in regards to some points in your review. First and foremost we want nothing but satisfied customers, so if there’s ever an issue feel free to reach out to us and we will do our upmost to rectify the situation, we pride ourselves on giving you the best experience possible, however nothing can be done if we are not made aware there is an issue.
Secondly we would like to assure you that no one has accused your review of being fake, we submitted a request to Trustpilot for the information of the reviewer as all we could see was the review was left by “A M E” and we couldn’t find a customer with this name or initials so we were in the dark as to who you were.
We can also assure you none of our reviews are fake and your order was shipped when we told you it was shipped, you also are sent a automated emails with tracking to follow your parcels journey.
As per our FAQs it can take up to 48 business hours to get back to you and we did.
As per the checkout online it can take up to three working days for deliveries which is agreed to when checking out. Next day is not guaranteed as per the Royal Mail website however most items arrive next working day.
Like with all customers we have offered a you a resolution (money back and free samples of our range of scents) to ensure 100% satisfaction which you opted against, we have done everything in our power to rectify the situation but at this point our hands are tied. We are happy to honour what we discussed if you ever contact us.
RE: We don't have any record of you replying for a refund, as mentioned when we reached out to you we are happy to honour sending a replacement and refund so please pop us an email over.
We are glad you decided to use the cream although the scent was not what you expected, we are disappointed to hear the tanning also did not live up to your expectations. We are at a loss as to what the issue could be as the same cream has been used by our staff and thousands of customers who have all tanned as per our many tagged customer images on our socials. At this point we can only come to the presumption that the pot may of had a defective seal and as per our email we are happy to replace.
We wish to extend our deepest apologies about your experience and we will take your comments on board to offer a good service for all of our customers.
