Absolutely brilliant!
From the minute we entered the shop we were impressed by Carols knowledge and advice. We were given time to look around and ask for help when needed. After a very bad experience elsewhere when our chair was damaged on delivery we were concerned about buying another. After an hour we settled on a Sherborne rise and recline. Carol checked everything thoroughly to ensure we were happy.
We were advised it would be 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
After 4 weeks I was delighted to learn it had been received by the warehouse and was ready for delivery after clearing the balance. Today 2 hours earlier than expected ( although I was notified by text) my chair was delivered and installed. The 2 delivery men were polite and patient setting it up in the lounge as I asked. It is fantastic and I am more than happy.
I want to commend Carol for all her advice and to the delivery men for their professionalism and cheery disposition. You have restored my faith in trusting a business to deliver what they promise.
I will recommend you to family and return if I need anything else. Thankyou!

Contacted your company by phone and the person I was talking to said that will pass my message to the legal team…. Sorry for the miss understanding and I flagged out what could happen if customer’s get scammed by other copycat websites and Facebook online networks, turning into the real companies like yours…
I corrected my negative review as:
Hi Sofa Emporium Team,I am writing to let you know that an online furniture network is actively impersonating your brand and using your business name to mislead customers.They are operating under a lookalike website, sofaemporiumuk.com, and are using aggressive Facebook ads and marketplace listings under the name "Sofa Emporium UK" and "Oak Sofa Land".They recently interacted with my partner very rudely on social media and then blocked us when we complained. When I searched for the name, your positive Trustpilot page came up, leading me to accidentally leave a negative review there thinking it was the same company.I have now realized they are an entirely separate, unauthorized drop-shipping network and have successfully I replaced my negative review from your Trustpilot profile. I wanted to flag this copycat domain (sofaemporiumuk.com) to your team so that you are aware they are damaging your reputation, and so you can report them for trademark/brand abuse if necessary.Best regards,

Fantastic Sofa Shop
We had a large order of 3 sofas and 6 sofa beds for our place of work. The staff were very professional and helpful, especially Helen, who kept us informed and up to date at al times. Our order was quite specific with regards to which fabrics we could use and Helen sourced them for us and guided us through the proces. We can’t thank Sofa Emporium enough.
Matt and Cam were the delivery drivers and they were pleasant, friendly and respectful of the environment they were delivering to.

Purchase of rise, recliner chairs

Purchased two sets of sofas from here. Absolutely fed up of the “other” big furniture stores! Found this lovely place by chance.
From stepping in the shop, totally relaxed non pushy atmosphere. From purchase to delivery, on a date we asked for, absolute brilliant service. A big shout out to the delivery men too, they delivered on our moving house day, the only time I smiled all day when they turned up! Lovely lads. Thankyou.

Delivery arrived exactly when they said it would. Driver called when 45 minutes away. Both delivery guys were polite and very careful when manoeuvring the furniture and they had to carry it upstairs. Set up very quickly.

First Class Service!
We're so happy with our Sofa's! From the showroom experience to the delivery and fitting was like clockwork! We were left alone to browse and the salesman was very knowledgeable about what was on offer. Once we had decided we only had to wait 2 weeks for delivery! The two lads who delivered our 3+2 were friendly, polite and professional. Our new suite looks fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Sofa Emporium!
